Objective: Observe clinical curative effect of the acupoint sticking combined with Chinese medicine oral therapy to connective tissue disease associated with pulmonary fibrosis patients, evaluate its feasibility, effectiveness and security, in order to provide a simpler, more safe and effective clinical treatment scheme. Methods: Divided 60 patients randomly into acupoint sticking therapy combined with the traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine oral group, 30 cases in each group, observed SGRQ score and TCM syndrome integral before and after the treatment, and observed the security index closely. Results: The SGRQ score and TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment in the two groups were compared with statistical significance(P<0.05); SGRQ scores of the two groups were compared with no significant difference(P>0.05), but the integral of the treatment group was reduced to a greater extent than the control group, and the activity ability improved the most obvious; comparison of TCM syndrome integral, the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05); treatment group had a total effectiveness of 80%, and the comparison group 73.3%.Conclusion: The curative effect of acupoint sticking therapy combined with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment to connective tissue disease complicated with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis patients is better than the single oral medicine, especially in improving the activity ability of patients; and the treatment has few side effects, which is worthy of promotion. |
