| Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of Guilinghaima Decoction in treating premature beat of elderly coronary heart disease patients.Methods Collect 90 cases of aged premature beat patients in hospital with coronary heart disease,then divide them to 2 random groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Wenxin Granule(27g) and the therapeutic group was treated with Guilinghaima Decoction(36g) besides western general therapeutic medicine. Then compare the clinical curative effect, traditional Chinese symptom, Holter and the use rate of Metoprolol between 2 groups after 4 weeks’ therapy.Results For the effective rate of premature beat, the therapeutic group is 91.11% and the control group is 64.44%.And there is significant difference between 2 groups. For the use rate of Metoprolol, the therapeutic group is 26.66%and the other is 46.66%.For the symptom of kidney deficiency,the therapeutic group is better. For the Holter, the number of premature beats of the therapeutic group is significantly less than the control group.Conclusion Guilinghaima Decoction is better than Wenxin Granule for premature beat of elderly coronary heart disease patients.And there is no obvious side-effect. |
