Objective: This study through the epidem iological investigation of hypertension crowd on Pingyuan TCM functional community. Analyzing the flow-mediated dilatation(FMD) characteristics. To explore the correlation of vascul ar endothelial dysfunction and TCM syndrome. Looking for breakthrough point of traditional Chinese medicine treatment hypertension with FMD. In order to provid e some references for establishing and optimizing community hypertension prevention and control plan. Methods: Using cross-sectional survey m ethod, Faculty of pingyuan county of shandong province education system for hypert ension epidemiological investigation, screening of patients with high blood pressu re, via a standard form of questionnaire investigation to collect the clinical data and syndrom e. Using FMD detection device UNEX-EF 38 G testing early brachial artery FMD in patients with parameters, will all data entry Access database, establish data query, the import of SPSS statistical software version 19.0, the statistical analysis of data. FMD valu e between the hypertension subtype of three groups of covariance analysis, the possible influencing factors into the covariate, determine the significant influence factors are adjuste d. Subtypes within the gr oup of syndromes is compared by t test. Compared with the m ethod of variance analysis between dif ferent blood pressure levels, multiple comparison with LSD method and Bonferroni method. Results: 1.If distinguishing the dif ferent subtypes of hypertensive crowd, after correction factors, FMD value no statistical dif ference(P= 0.675). If distinguishing the different blood pressure levels of hypertensive crowd, FMD value has significant statistical difference(P=0.024), with the increase of blood pressu re level, FMD value decline. 2.The hypertensive crowd are mainly including Ganhuokangsheng syndrome and Yinxuyangkang syndrome. In isolated diastolic hype rtension crowd Ganhuokangsheng syndrome and Yinxuyangkang syndrome hand between FMD value have significant difference(P=0.021). In isolated systolic hyper tension and double stage hypertension FMD value comparison between two syndrome types were not statistically significant(P=0.723; P=0.817). 3.FMD value by age, BMI, WHR, DBP and dyslipidemia etc factors, and individual differences. Conclusion: 1.The FM D and blood pressure leve ls showed a negative correlation among hypertensive crowd. 2.The hypertensi ve crowd are including Ganhuokangsheng syndrome and Yinxuyangkang syndrome. Compared with the Ganhuokangsheng syndrome, Yinxuyangkang syndrome may appear in high bl ood pressure is relatively late. The vascular endothelial function m ay be seri ous damaged. 3.In the isolated systolic hypertension and double period hypertension group, the vascular endothelial function relatively early in the diseas e process may have been severely dam aged. 4.The FMD of impairment in endothelial function may be not associated with hypertension subtype. This conclusion remains to be further discussed. 5.FMD value is influenced by age, BMI, WHR, DBP and dyslipidemia, and individual dif ferences. 6.The research into the small sample size, the above conclusions are susceptible to the interference of individual differences or small samples, so the analysis conclusion needs to be expanded further validation af ter the sample size...
