The Clinical Research In Characteristics Of The Syndrome And Constitution Distribution On Primary Osteoporosis

Objective:Through the studying of syndromes and its relationship with constitution distribution of POP to explore the related factors of POP and the distribution of its syndromes. In order to provide objective basis for prevention and treatment of POP.Methods:To collect clinical data of 100 Patients with POP and 100 people without POP by the way of questionnaire. According to professor wang’s constitution nine point method to Analysis the characteristics of POP’s syndromes and its correlation with constitution distribution.In order to make clear the influence factors of the disease. In this study we use SPSS17.0 statistical software to analysis the data of clinical symptoms.We use t test in measurement data. Assuming that P < 0.05 has statistical significance.Resu1ts:1. Through cluster analysis revealing that POP is mainly divided into four kinds syndromes.There are kidney Yang deficiency syndrome(35%), liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome(30%),spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome(19%) and Qi and blood stasis syndrome(16%).2.In the constitution distribution of patients with POP, Yang deficiency quality is the highest rate and its total percentage is 37%.The following are Yin deficiency quality and its total percentage is 19%, blood stasis quality and its total percentage is 12%. Qi depression quality and its total percentage is 12%. Phlegmy wet quality and its total percentage is 6%.Qi deficiency quality and its total percentage is 6%.Hot wet quality and its total percentage is 4%.Peace quality and its total percentage is 3%.Special quality and its total percentage is 1%.3.In the 4 types of syndromes, the highest morbidity is Yang deficiency quality.The following are Yin deficiency quality, blood stasis quality and Qi depression quality.The four physical classifications proportion accounted for 80%. Patients with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome main incarnate Yang deficiency quality(71.42%), both with Qi deficiency quality(8.57%) and blood stasis quality(5.71%). Patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome main incarnate Yin deficiency quality(60%),both with Qi depression quality(10%) and blood stasis quality(10%). Patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome main incarnate Yang deficiency quality(52.63%),both with Qi depression quality(15.79%), phlegmy wet quality(10.53%).Patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome main incarnate blood stasis quality(37.5%),both with Qi deficiency quality(31.32%), Yang deficiency quality(12.5%).4. The prevalence of female is significantly higher than male, height and weight loss, lack of physical exercise, smoking anddrinking are risk factors of POP.Conclusion:1. The position of POP more involving the kidney, liver and spleen. Kidney deficient, Spleen deficient and liver and kidney Yin deficiency are the foundation of the disease.The pathological product such as blood stasis, and Qi stagnation, are the standard of POP. The feature of pathogenesis is Ben deficient and Biao excess.2.Yang deficiency quality, Yin deficiency quality, blood stasis quality and Qi depression quality are susceptible constitution for POP. Among them Yang deficiency quality is most prone to POP.3.Patients with Kidney Yang virtual failure appear Yang deficiency quality,both with Qi deficiency quality and blood stasis quality.Patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency appear Yin deficiency quality,both with Qi depression quality and blood stasis quality.Patients with spleen kidney Yang deficiency appear Yang deficiency quality,both with Qi depression quality and Phlegm wet mass quality. Patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis appear Blood stasis quality,both with Qi depression quality and Yang deficiency quality.4. Female,height and weight、BMI loss, lack of physical exercise, drinking and smoking are closely related to POP.
