Hollow Nail And Plate Internal Fixation On The Recovery Of Recent And Long-term Function Of Large Posterior Malleolus Fracture Postoperative Comparative Analysis

Objective:To investigate the cannulated screws(Hollow Tension Screw), locking plate(Locking Plate) near the long-term functional recovery after the treatment of ankle fractures.Methods: The study cases were from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period of 2013.1~2014.1 Department of orthopedics Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital trauma admitted 43 cases of ankle fracture patients after operation. According to the different internal fixation methods into two groups: cannulated screw fixation group 21 cases, locking plate fixation group of 23 patients, 1 months after ~1 years follow-up. Based on two groups of different surgical methods in patients with operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, clinical healing time of fracture and postoperative function recovery were compared and analyzed, after statistics processing result.Results: There were no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(p>0.05), the average bleeding volume during the operation was significant difference(p<0.05), and the clinical healing time of fracture was significantly different(p<0.05). Two recent functional recovery have significant difference(P < 0.05), locking plate group function in the short term recovery compared with cannulated lag screw good, both long-term functional recovery had no significant difference(P > 0.05). That compared to the two kinds of operation mode, operation time and long-term functional recovery in the case of little difference, hollow lag screw group compared with locking plate group, less bleeding, fracture healing time, locking plate group compared with cannulated lag screw group after recent functional recovery of better.Conclusion: Both recent functional recovery have significant differences; the locking plate internal fixation after recent functional recovery compared with cannulated screws internal fixed, two fixed long-term functional recovery of no significant difference and both of them are after the treatment of ankle fracture mode of operation and postoperative effect is relatively satisfactory internal fixation, with firm fixation, simple operation and success rate higher.
