Objectives: This paper aims at to dyslipidemia(liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome) patients as the research object, through collecting the 60 cases of clinical cases, combined with modern literature, observation of ziyin lipid-lowering party the clinical curative effect of treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type dyslipidemia, to verify its effectiveness and safety.Documents and Methods: Choose the shandong university of Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and ward dyslipidemia patients 60 cases. With the method of random grouping, divided into treatment group and control group in the two groups, each group 30 people. To observation group of 30 patients with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the formulas of 30 cases of control group given: 0.6g, once per day. For one period of treatment, 4 weeks respectively in the detection of patients with general condition before and after the treatment, blood fat, liver, kidney function and other indicators and symptoms in patients with changes.Results: To take the prescription in the treatment group symptoms improve the total effective rate was 90.00%, control group total effective rate was 73.33%, compared with the control group with significant difference(P < 0.05); Blood lipid curative effect in treatment group compared with control group, no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Ziyin lipid-lowering treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type fang dyslipidemia has good effect, can obviously improve the symptom of the patients and dyslipidemia..
