| Objective:To study the pathogenesis of elderly hyperlipidemia with the use of TCM theory system, observe the YiMaiGranule of elderly hyperlipidemia(Qi deficiency and blood stasis) clinical curative effect, for the treatment of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia to provide more safe and effective method of diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Adopting the method of randomized, controlled study, 60 cases included hyperlipemia patients were divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each. Treatment group with “qi and promoting blood circulation”for the principle, given YiMaiGranule,control group was given Xuezhikang Capsule,were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment to observe the improvement of related index. Through the statistical treatment curative effect between treatment group and control group.Results:The treatment group powerfully in 13 cases, effective in 12 cases, invalid 5 cases failure;the total effective 83.33%. The control group powerfully in 14 cases, and effective got12 cases, invalid 4 cases failure; the total effective 86.67%. Two groups of traditional symptom scores and serum lipid levels were significantly decreased after treatment, the total effective rate was no significant difference.Two groups were not adverse reactions in the process of treatment.Conclusion:YiMaiGranule on elderly hyperlipidemia(qi deficiency blood stasis) has a good therapeutic effect, in improving clinical symptoms and signs, regulating blood lipid level on curative effect is distinct, is the safe and effective method in the treatment of elderly hyperlipidemia(qi deficiency blood stasis). |
