| Objective:This topic takes the elderly hypertension of Qi deficiency and blood stasis combined with frailty as the research object,and evaluates the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction by observing the TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)syndrome manifestations,the frailty clinical improvement of the research object and blood pressure control efficacy,so as to provide more reference ideas for future clinical work.Methods:It took 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(n=36)and treatment group(n=36),all of whom received the same basic treatment.The control group was treated with antihypertensive drugs(amlodipine sulfonate tablets 5mg/ day)alone,while the treatment group in the control group take on the basis of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction(150ml/ time,3 times/day).The treatment course was 8 weeks,and the safety indexes and efficacy indexes before and after 8 weeks were observed and recorded.Results:1.A total of 72 cases were included in this study.By the end of the study,a total of 67 cases had completed follow-up according to the requirements of the study,including 33 cases in the treatment group(1 case excluded and 2 cases shed)and 34 cases in the control group(1 case excluded and 1 case shed).2.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P >0.05),and the baseline was uniform and comparable.3.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction helps to improve the TCM syndromes of patients.(1)After treatment,all of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P < 0.05);In the control group,the scores of two syndromes of chills,cold limbs and weakness of waist and knee were decreased compared with before,but the P value in the analysis group was greater than 0.05.The other TCM syndromes were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,showing statistical significance within the group(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The significant efficiency,effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were all higher than the control group,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can significantly improve the clinical manifestations of weakness of patients.After treatment,the walking time of 4.57 m and walking time perweek(h)in 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the improvement degree in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The combination of yiqi huoxue decoction and antihypertensive drugs can better control patients’ blood pressure than the single use of antihypertensive drugs,and the specific antihypertensive mechanism needs to be further studied.After treatment,blood pressure in 2 groups was effectively controlled compared with before treatment,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The degree of blood pressure control in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.After treatment,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine + occulting blood test,liver function,renal function and 12-lead electrocardiogram in 2 groups were all in the normal range,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05),and no adverse events occurred,indicating that this prescription has a good safety.Conclusion:Both of two groups Patients can effectively control blood pressure,blood pressure can be improved by controlling the patients caused by high blood pressure and related clinical symptoms,but the treatment group can more obviously improve the syndromes and weak patients clinical manifestation than the control group,and from the point of antihypertensive effect,the treatment group is better than the control group,Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can improve the weak performance of syndromes and clinical manifestations of patients with at the same time,the joint blood pressure medication can improve the patients blood pressure,it’s worth for clinical promotion. |
