Cinnamomum burmannii natived to southeast Asia are mainly distributed in the south of China.Seeds are rich in oil and the main oil fatty acid composition as lauric acid. Not only can be used as a high-quality raw material for biodiesel production,and can produce monoglycerides.It is a kind of bioenergy tree which is widely used.(1) It has been studied that ultrasonic extraction and reflux extraction process conditions of Cinnamomum burmannii seeds oil.The results showed that the optimal ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions were obtained as follows:petroleum ether used as extraction solvent,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶19,extraction time 15 min,ultrasonic power 105 W.Under these conditions,the extraction rate was 59.51%. The optimal reflux extraction conditions were obtained as follows:ratio of solid to liquid 1∶4,extraction time 1.5 h, extraction temperature 80 ℃,the extraction rate was 71.9%.(2) And the various physicochemical properties of the oil were acid value of 25.42 mg KOH/g, iodine value of 3.85 g I2/l00 g, saponification value of 282 mg KOH/g, and refractive index of 1.4505.The fatty acids of oil mainly contained 10 kinds of fatty acids such as kwai acid(10.38%), lauric acid(84.21%), myristic acid(1.38%), palmitic acid(0.47%)oleic acid(1.48%), linoleic acid(0.91%), linolenic acid(0.39%), palmitoleic acid(0.012%), stearic acid(0.090%), arachidic acid(0.046%). Carbon chain length of fatty acids among these fatty acids was between C10 ~ C20 and C12 ~ C20 fatty acids content was 89.62%. Linolenic acid was 0.39%, which was less than 12%. 18 carbon four acid was not excluded and fatty acid composition, mass fraction and physicochemical properties meet biodiesel standards.(3) It has been studied the biodiesel preparation of Cinnamomum burmannii seed oil.Obtained from EMBED Equation.3(3 EMBED Equation.3 〔 MERGEFORMAT) orthogonal tests,the optimal conditions of the biodiesel preparation of cinnamomum burmannii oil transesterification were as follows: oleyl alcohol molar ratio of 1:6,catalyst dosage of 1.0% of the oil mass,reaction time of 2 h,reaction temperature of 60 ℃ and conversion ratio of 96.38%.And the detection found that the cinnamomum burmannii biodiesel performance indices were close to those of 0# diesel and GB /T 20828-2007 Diesel Engine Fuels Blended Use of Biodiesel. So it is a sort of safe and green biological energy.(4) Synthesis of monoglycerides with Cinnamomum burmannii seeds oil and its application in moisturizing cream were studied. The results showed that the optimal transesterification conditions of synthesis of monoglycerides with Cinnamomum burmannii seed oil were as follows: the glycerol to oil molar ratio of 3∶1; Na OH catalyst dosage of 0.8% of the oil mass; reaction temperature of 180 ℃ for 3 h; and the yield reaches 62.6%. The crude product was purified by molecular distillation and the purity of the final product achieves 92.8%. Physicochemical properties of moisturizing cream prepared by using the final product can meet the requirements in China National Standard and the cosmetic product displays good performance in application.
