Objective: Breast cancer belongs to a kind of very common malignant tumor, which cause serious damage for the modern women’s health. At present, the world each year about 1.2 million women with breast cancer, 42.1% of the women died of the disease. According to China cancer research fund the results show that breast cancer happens in economically developed cities, such as, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and other places. Axillary Lymph Nodes Dissection(ALND) status is the important factors that affect the prognosis of breast cancer, and Axillary Lymph Nodes Dissection as a key for the treatment of breast cancer. Therefore, clinical stage, Axillary Lymph Nodes Dissection in breast cancer and prognosis judgments, postoperative adjuvant therapy has very important clinical value and significance.With the continuous development of modern medical technology,which improve the early diagnosis rate of breast cancer, and a Axillary Lymph Nodes Dissection cleaning thoroughly. Axillary Lymph Nodes Dissection can be effective treatment for early breast cancer, but patients with postoperative life quality is not high, prone to edema, side shoulder activity disorder, Axillary effusion, wound complications such as infection. Sentinel Lymph Node(SLN) detected breast cancer is the primary drainage area of lymphatic metastasis lymph nodes after the first stop. Therefore, breast cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB) can effectively predict the Axillary Lymph Nodes transfer situation of cancer cells, and maximum keep the transfer of Axillary Lymph Nodes, and thus enhanced the quality of life of patients with postoperative. At present, the studies of the influence factors of the sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer, but the results have not unified, there are many controversial. This study investigates the influence factors of the sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer, and the influence mechanism between the various factors.Methods: This study choose our breast surgery on November 1, 2012- November 1, 2014, 178 cases of breast cancer patients as the research object, using 1% methylene blue staining method to the sentinel lymph node biopsy.178 patients had no history of Axillary surgery, and belongs to the M0 in clinical staging period(T1-3N o-2M o), of which 66 cases of T1, 84 cases of T2, 22 cases of T3, 6 cases of Tx; the sentinel lymph node biopsy, 42 patients can reach the Axillary Lymph Nodes enlargement, 136 patients were not hit Sentinel Lymph Node. By pathological analysis of breast cancer, give the patients in the breast cancer tumor subcutaneous injection(or areola) 2 ml 1% methylene blue, full massage, after waiting for 5 to 15 minutes,(anatomy) along the dyeing lymphatic axilla found sentinel lymph node, and into the pathological room for disease detection. the detection of sentinel nodes results in the form of percentage, and x2 test, P < 0.05 for the significant difference, statistically significant.Results: In 178 patients, 178 patients were detected with sentinel lymph node, the overall success rate of 87.64%.Did not reach the rate of lymph node enlargement 136 patients(94.12%), significantly higher than 42 patients can reach the Axillary Lymph Nodes enlargement(66.70%), the differences between the two, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);After the study found that the detection rate of 128 patients(93.75%), higher than the previous rate of 50 cases(72.00%), the differences between the two, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);178 patients in age, tumor size, biopsy before lesion resection, tracer at the injection site, pathological type, C-erb B-2 state, ER status has no significant difference, no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1. 1% methylene blue dye method can accurately locate tumor lesions of the sentinel lymph node.2. Learning biopsy technology of sentinel lymph node impact on sentinel lymph node biopsy success rate.3. The sentinel lymph node biopsy can reduce breast cancer surgical trauma, thereby effectively improve the quality of life after surgery.
