Objective:combined with clinical analysis of the onset of type 2 diabetes and cholesterol polyps factors, to explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes and cholesterol polyps, make us understand the cholesterol polyps disease, for its prevention and treatment.Methods:by random extract patients who the ultrasound diagnosis of gallbladder polyps (or gallbladder apophysis lesions) of type 2 diabetes and non-type 2 diabetes 80 cases from 2010 to 2015 in first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university,and they all have the surgical treatment,Collect their general clinical data and pathologic examination results and test data,. Adopt the method of clinical case control study, carries on the statistical analysis.Results:Incidence of gallbladder cholesterol polyps of type 2 diabetes mellitus group was obviously higher than the group of type 2 diabetes, statistical differences (chi-square= 8.590, P< 0.05), and has certain correlation (r=0.232); Type 2 diabetes with gallbladder polyps group and without type 2 diabetes gallbladder polyps in gender, age, clinical symptoms, gallbladder polyps diversity (size and single or multiple), body weight, blood lipid level no significant statistical difference; Cholesterol polyps in patients with type 2 diabetes blood sugar levels (fasting and postprandial 2 hours) and cholesterol polyps diversity (size and single or multiple) analysis has no obvious statistical significance.Conclusion:The occurrence of type 2 diabetes and gallbladder cholesterol polyps has certain correlation; Type 2 diabetes mellitus may be one of the important factors of gallbladder cholesterol polyps; Patients with blood sugar levels may with no direct correlation between the diversity of gallbladder cholesterol polyps...
