Congenital Asymmetry Of Genital Tract Malformation Of Female: Clinical Analysis Of 44 Cases

Objective:We made retrospective analysis of 44 hospitalized cases of Congenital asymmetry of genital tract malformation of female in this article,aiming to explore the main morbidity situation,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment measures and prognosis of Congenital asymmetry of genital tract malformation of female. We hoped it can help clinical diagnosis and treatment work in the future of our hospital.Materials and methods:We collected the clinical data of 44 cases of Congenital asymmetry of genital tract malformation of female of the first affiliated hospital of kunming medical university from December 2002 to December 2014 to make retrospective analysis,understanding the prognosis of hospitalized patients in recent 5 years by telephone follow-up and appling SPSS21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the obtained data.Results:There are 44 cases of Congenital asymmetry of genital tract malformation of hospitalized patients in our hospital from December 2002 to December 2014,including 30 cases of rudimentary horn of the uterus, accounting for 68.18%,14 cases of Oblique Vaginal Septum syndrome,accont-ing for 31.82%,2 cases of Oblique Vaginal Septum syndrome,complicated by rudimentary horn of the uterus;2 cases of unicornous uterus,accounting for 4.55%,the opposite side of 90.00%(27/30) rudimentary horn of the uterus was unicornous uterus, the other 2 cases of primordium uterus,1 case of infantile uterus and 3 cases complicated by vagina atresia.The average age of rudimentary horn of the uterus was 31.67±10.46, Oblique Vaginal Septum syndrome was 21.79±9.54, unicornous uterus was 35.00±8.00. Oblique Vaginal Septum syndrome patients had the smallest clinic age.65.9%(29/44) of asymmetry genital tract malformation happened on the right side;66.7% of rudimentary horn of the uterus happened on the right side;71.4% of Oblique Vaginal Septum syndrome happened on the right side;1 case of unicornous uterus happened on the left side and the other one on the right side.the cesarean delivery rate of asymmetry genital tract malformation was 22.7% (5/22);The incidence of infertility of rudimentary horn and rudimentary horn of the uterus was 36.0%(9/25).Oblique Vaginal Septum syndrome had the highest rate of unmarried,accounting for 64.3%(9/14).There are 17 cases of dysmenorrhea,accounting for 56.67%,12 cases of abdominal pain,accounting for 40.00% of rudimentary horn of the uterus;9 cases of dysmenorrhea,accounting for 64.29%,6 cases of abdominal pain, accounting for 42.86% of Oblique Vaginal Septum syndrome; 1 case of unicornous uterus with secondary infertility.The preoperative diagnosis rate of rudimentary horn was 40.00%(12/30), Oblique Vaginal Septum syndrome was 64.29%(9/14),the 2 cases of unicornous uterus have been dignosed clearly and 1 case without surgery,and the diagnosis rate was 100%.Rudimentary horn complicated by ovarian chocolate cyst accounted for 40.00% (12/40),pelvic adhesions 36.67%(11/30),uterine glandular myopathy 26.67% (8/30); oblique vaginal septum syndrome complicated by ovarian chocolate cyst 14.29% (2/14);Single Angle uterus with secondary infertility 50.00%(1/2).Kidney deficiency of the same side of rudimentary horn accounted for 35.00% (7/20); kidney deficiency of Oblique vaginal septum syndrome accounted for 100% (14/14).Conclusions:The most common Congenital asymmetry of genital tract malformation of female by rudimentary horn of the uterus. Asymmetry of genital tract malformation is frequently multiple malformation,it often associated with other abnormalities,and kidney deficiency occupies first place,and the malformation ofen happened on the right side.Asymmetry genital tract malformation makes adverse pregnancy outcomes increased, but there are did not increased the rate of cesarean delivery.Oblique Vaginal Septum syndrome patients had smaller on the clinic age,the diagnosis rate was higher, more standardized treatment than rudimentary horn of the uterus.Its complications was much less than rudimentary horn of the uterus,prognosis was better. Surgery to remove obstruction is the key to the asymmetry genital tract malformation therapy.
