Evaluation Research Of General Practitioner’s Transformation Training In The Northeast District Of Chongqing

ObjectiveTo know the real demand between the trainer and the students in station transformation training of general practitioner precisely, and to analyze the main factor of efficiency improvement. Through studying the people of roots level of public health attended into the station transformation training of general practitioner in 2010-2013. Providing scientific basis for the improvement in the later period, drawing a conclusion of the station transformation training of GP.MethodsThe research is mainly made through document study, in-depth interview, questionnaire survey and mathematical model evaluation. Cluster sampling and random sampling are both used in the Questionnaire survey, by sampling the people and their leaders attended into the station transformation training of GP in 2010-2013. The data of the questionnaire survey is then put into the models. In-depth interview is made in ‘one to one’ method in the schools, villages and health bureau around this area.ResultsIt could be observed that the satisfaction degree of the theoretical training is highest in whole training process. In the view of training teachers and mode, the satisfaction degree is74.55% and 73.75%. The average test score is increased by 5.75, pass rate is increased by 18.00%. The theoretical level is closely related with age of training students. The most people and units hold a positive attitude to training effect.ConclusionsIn one hand, The station transformation training of GP get a obvious results in northeast district of Chongqing, but in the other hand the effect in clinical and practice stage need to be improved. The teacher team, time set and the coordinate mechanism are the major issues of improvement. Suggestions are also provide in paper.
