Objective: To explore the optimal time of early hemorrhage from 81 intracranial aneurysms patients who received micro-neurosurgical clipping. Methods: 81 hemorrhage intracranial aneurysms patients are in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014, All of them were confirmed intracranial aneurysms by CT、DSA or CTA. In these Patients, 34 cases were fale, 47 cases were female; Among them, 35 cases showed anterior communicating artery aneurysms, 32 cases showed iniernal carotid-posterior communicating artery aneurysms, 4 cases showed anterior cerebral artery aneurysms, 6 cases showed middle cerebral artery aneurysm, 1cases showed posterior inferior cerebellarartery aneurysm,2 cases showed internal carotid artery aneurysms, 1 cases showed basilar artery aneurysm, all of them had definie subarachnoid hemorrhage. The patient age ranged from 32 to 71 years, the average age was 47.89 years. All patients were classed by Hunt-Hess : grade I(n=12), grade Ⅱ(n=30), grade Ⅲ(n=34), grade Ⅳ(n=5), gradeⅤ(n=0), and all of them received micro-neurosurgical clipping, 17 cases were operated within 24 h, 44 cases were operated within 48 h and 20 cases within 72 h. All the cases checked again by CT、DSA or CTA after surgery. Assess therapeutic effect by GOS and neurological function on all patient. Results: The cases totally clamped by CT、DSA or CTA after surgery. Satisfied with GOS. In the 2-6 month follow-up, 73 cases recovered well, 5 cases got in a mild disability and 3 cases in severe disability in 24, 48 and 72 hours of the surgery in the good efficacy rates were 94.12%, 90.91% and 85%, and no deaths occurred. Conclusion: micro-neurosurgical clipping have a good effect with early hemorrhagefrom intracranial aneurysms, and the surgery is sooner, the prognosis is better.
