Objective: To assess the value of the imaging examination method of main cerebral angiogram is digital subtraction angiography(DSA) in diagnosis and treatment of spinal cord blood vessels to brain and to make the treatment plan of advantages and disadvantages of guiding significance, discusses angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal vascular disease of the brain, the application of value, for according to the pathological changes in clinical work, illness weight to provide certain reference to choose the appropriate methods.Materials and Mehtods: Retrospective analysis of neurosurgery between January 2014 and June 2014 using composite surgery treatment, the same treatment to cerebral angiogram check and clear 15 patients were diagnosed as cerebral spinal vascular disease, cerebral angiography were diagnosed as follows: 9 cases of intracranial aneurysm, arteriovenous fistula in 2 cases of spinal cord stiff backbone and pulp week arteriovenous fistula in 1 case, cerebral arteriovenous malformation in 2cases, 1 case with moyamoya disease, and 1 being at the Hunt-Hess grade 1,5 at the Hunt-Hess grade 2, 1 at the Hunt-Hess grade 3 and 2 at the Hunt-Hess grade 4preoperatively. DSA with Germany’s Siemens 1200 ma digital X-ray camera DR, via femoral artery puncture intubation total cerebral angiogram, each series line according to multi-angle shots, to lesions showed satisfied.Observe the imaging performance of various cerebrovascular pathological changes, to explore the pathological changes of vascular morphology characteristics and the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease, therelationship between clinical course and treatment, etc.Results: DSA examination showed: brain aneurysm, a total of 9 cases, 7 cases for wide neck, giant aneurysm patients, 2 cases of hunt- Hess class IV aneurysm patients;2 patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation; 1 patients with moyamoya disease temporal shallow middle cerebral artery Bridges; 2 cases of thoracic segment of spinal cord stiff backbone arteriovenous fistula. 1 cases of internal jugular arteriovenous fistula sponge.Conclusion: DSA especially rotational DSA and dimensional reconstruction technique can obviously increase the rate of cerebral spinal vascular disease, can be multi-angle stereo observation, intuitive clearly displays the size of the aneurysm and the blood vessels, shape, the width of the neck tumor and the relationship with the parent artery interventional embolization or surgery for clip provides accurate information about the number of treatment, can also be used to evaluate clip cerebrospinal vascular interventional embolization or surgery treatment effect and decrease the complication rate in cerebrovascular surgery.
