Objective: The injuries of Knee joint lead to a visibly strength decrease of Quadriceps,especially the vastus medialis. In order to provide objective data for Standing pile training which can increase strength of knee joint muscle,The subject analyses muscles work mechanism of zheng’s Santishi and station pile against the wall with the use of surface electromyography(s EMG). Methods: 18 healthy volunteers will be involved in the experiment. In different posture as in Santishi of zheng’s and station pile,we will have s EMG. assessed of their two sides of vastus medialis(VMO),Vastus Lateralis(VL), musculus vastus intermedius,biceps femoris muscle. Results:1.Compared with the 5:5-type, the Surface EMG integral of the left-side vastus medialis, Vastus Lateralis,musculus vastus intermedius decreased obviously in the 3:7-type of zheng,the right-side vastus medialis,Vastus Lateralis,musculus vastus intermedius increased significantly, the i EMG integral of two-side biceps has no obviously increasing trend. 2.the i EMG of double lower limbs in the 3:7-type of zheng sequencing as as follows with a standard of Muscle contribution rate:the right Vastus lateralis muscle(26.22%)>the right vastus medialis(22.53%)> the right musculus vastus intermedius(19.99%)> the left musculus vastus intermedius(7.69%)>left musculus vastus intermedius(7.12%)> others(16.46%).3.Compared the 60 °and the 30 °of the station pile against the wall, i EMG of vastus medialis,Vastus Lateralis, musculus vastus intermedius has a significant increase and there was no significant increase about biceps femoris muscle. 4 the i EMG of station pile against the wall at 30°sequencing as as follows with a standard of Muscle contribution rate: vastus medialis, musculus vastus intermedius(72.47%)>Vastus Lateralis(17.13%)>biceps femoris muscle(10.40%).i EMG of station pile against the wall at 60°sequencing as as follows with a standard of Muscle contribution rate : vastus medialis(43.89%)> musculus vastus intermedius(29.20%)>Vastus Lateralis(19.64%)>biceps femoris muscle(7.27%). Conclusion: 1. the 3:7-type of zheng make the Quadriceps exercise more effectively,comparede with the 5:5-type of zheng,station pile against the wall at 60°makes Quadriceps femoris exercised more effectively,compared with station pile against the wall at 30°.2. zheng’s Santishi can make vastus lateralis muscle exercise more effectively, station pile against the wall can more effectively train the vastus medialis muscle.3.in two methods of station pile,i EMG of the quadriceps femoris is significantly higher than the biceps femoris muscle, Standing pile has a poor ability to exercise the biceps femoris muscle.
