Analysis On The Etiology And Pathogenesis Of TCM And Modern Medicine For 136 Cases Of Low Birth Weight Children

Research Purposes:Analysis the high risk factors for low birth weight children from two aspects of both TCM and Modern Medicine, which aims at preventing and reducing the birth of low birth weight children, thereby reducing the mortality and morbidity of birth and improve population quality.Research Method:Divide 136 cases of low birth weight children into two groups of preterm infants and full term infants with the weight less than 2.5 kilograms, run dialectical analysis of TCM and Modern medicine physical of their mother respectively through questionnaires, obstetric follow-up and expert advice.Results:The incidence of low birth weight children is related to mothers biased constitution, among which the mothers with preterm infants Qi deficiency, yang, yin deficiency and moist heat are relatively more common; mothers with full term infants with the weight less than 2.5 kilograms mothers yang, yin deficiency, Qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness are relatively more common. In high risk factors for preterm birth, fetal and placental factors are mostly common, in which premature rupture of membranes, twins, pregnancy-induced hypertension, placental umbilical cord abnormalities, preterm fetal position are the main reasons;as to reasons for full term infants with the weight less than 2.5 kilograms, the factors of mothers and placental factors are mostly common, including placental umbilical cord abnormalities, pregnancy-induced hypertension, emotional upset mother, malnutrition, maternal age is the main reason for the occurrence of full term infants with the weight less than 2.5 kilograms. It is found in the statistics of gestational age of children with low birth weight that premature children are in the majority among low birth weight children, so the prevention of preterm birth is one of the keys to reduce the occurrence of low birth weight children.Conclusion:Low birth weight children not only directly affect the mortality and disease incidence of newborn, infant children, but also affect the long-term prognosis in children. The incidence of low birth weight children are related to a variety of factors, among which it is closely related to two factors which are the mother and fetus and placenta. The pregnancy woman with qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency, phlegm-damp,and heat-dampness are more likely have a low birth weight children.By strengthening the preconception and prenatal care, correcting dietary habit, living habits, improving maternal physique to actively remove dysplasia in premature and intrauterine risk factors is the key to reduce the incidence of low birth weight children.
