| Breast cancer is a polygenic inheritance tumor, which is a serious threat to women’s health, and the incidence rate is rising year by year and tending to younger. It has been reported that patients with triple negative breast cancer accounts for about 20% of the total number of patients with breast cancer, but it is the most difficult to treat, often with poor prognosis and low survival rate. In China, the incidence of breast cancer is far lower than western countries, but the mortality rate is significantly higher than that of Europe and the United States, and the reason are related to the medical treatment for breast cancer awareness and prevention measures in our country. So now the basic research of triple negative breast cancer is in order to improve the health level of the theory in the future. We get the following results through RNA-seq data analysis of three negative breast cancer cells and normal breast cells:1 Clustering RNA-seq data of normal breast cells, basal-like breast cancer cells and luminal-like breast cancer cells of 15 cell samples obtained two cell samples, normal breast cells clustered together, together as a class of breast cancer cells. WGCNA analysis of 4 modules, respectively, associated with breast cancer cell black module, associated with basal like breast cancer cells Brown module, associated with the luminal like breast cancer associated with cyan module, magenta module in normal breast cells.2 The number of lncRNA in normal breast cells was 3.53 times higher than in breast cancer cells, We can speculate that breast cancer cells compare with the normal breast cells the lnc RNA lost expression. The expression of lnc RNA was divided into four parts,the first part is high expression in normal breast cells,the second part is the high expression of basal-like breast cancer cells,the third part is the high expression in the luminal-like breast cancer cells,the last part is a lowexpression in normal breast cells,in two breast cancer cells in the high expression of lnc RNA.3We through the cuffdiff software processing data to obtain the genetic differences in basal-like breast cancer cells and normal breast cell 5480; differential gene luminal- like breast cancer cells and normal breast cell number totaled 5027;genetic differences between basal like breast cancer cells and the lumimal like breast cancer cell number totaled 3066.4 Genetic differences between breast cancer cells and normal breast cells GO analysis show that differentially expressed genes are mainly related to the process of translation and significant correlation. KEGG analysis show that the genetic differences mainly concentrated in the ribosome pathway. The breast cancer cells to proliferate, the greater demand for nutrients.5 Genetic differences of basal-like breast cancer cells and luminal-like breast cancer cells KEGG analysis show that these genes are also enriched in pancreatic cancer.bladder cancer and the cell adherens junction signaling pathway,some of the key gene function can be inferred in various pathological conditions changed. |
