Objective:Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a major global health problem. Its infection is persistent.protraction of the characteristics of the current interferon and nucleoside or nucleotide analogues antiviral therapy achieved a certain effect, delaying the progress of the disease, but there are still non-responders,virus mutates, economic burden and immune tolerance and other defects. In order to better control the progress of the disease,it is necessary to seek medicine differential treatment.Method:HBV infection using the same mechanism of injury-induced liver immunopathology similar experimental animal models, immunological liver injury in mice caused by Bacille Calmette-Guerin(BCG) combined with lipopolysaccharide (LPS).Given Compound Qishen the treatment based on liver, spleen and kidney Tongzhi theory, the use of HE staining was observed in liver pathology fixed sections, flow cytometric analysis of spleen lymphocytes Treg/CD4+T%,Th17/CD4+T% and Treg/Th17 changes and detection method using CBA Serum IL-17A,IL-6 and IL-10 levels, analysis of cytokine concentration differences between the groups if there are significant, and whether Treg/CD4+T%,Th17/CD4+T% and Treg/Th17 relevant, explore Compound Qishen regulate Immune function in mice.Result: Compared with the normal group, the pathological changes of the liver of model group significantly, with significant difference (P<0.01);Compared with the model group, the pathological changes of the liver of high dosage treatment group reduce, with significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with the blank group, model group Th17/CD4+T% was significantly higher, with significant difference(P<0.01) and Th17/Treg decreased significantly, with significant statistical difference(P<0.01); compared with the model group, Thl7/CD4+T%,Treg/Thl7 of high dose group significantly increased, with statistical significance (P<0.05), low dose group were no statistical differences.Compared with the control group, the level of IL-17A and IL-6 of model group increased significantly, with significant difference (P<0.01) and IL-10 increased, with significant difference (P<0.05);Compared with the model group,IL-6 and IL-17A of high dose group were significantly decreased, with significant difference (P<0.05) and low dose drug group IL-10 decreased, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound Qishen can restore immune imbalance immunological liver injury in mice, reducing inflammation of the liver damage;Compound Qishen restoring the immune imbalance may be suppressed by regulating T cells and cytokines, such as Treg,Th17,IL-6,IL-10 and IL-17A to achieve its regulation of immune imbalance.
