Objective:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with "nourishing Pinggan Decoction" in the treatmer of basilar type migraine, observe treatment effect and its mechanism.Methods:A total of substrate 65 patients with migraine, using random number table to collec cases were randomly divided into two groups, one hyperbaric oxygen treatment group,33 case 32 cases of drug control group. Treatment group treatment programs:the use of seale pressurized cabin air than the treatment pressure is 0.2 MPa (2.0ATA), step-up 25 min, th regulator 65min, the regulation period, before and after 30 min using a mask inhaling pur oxygen, middle 5min suck cabin air pressure 25min, daily treatment 1. At the same time take blood Pinggan Decoction daily a agent, early, late two times to take. The control grou Flunarizine Hydrochloride 10mg daily orally before sleep. Through a course of 10 days c treatment, observation VAS, VRS and non-time-varying pain before and after treatment, and th basilar artery Vs, Vm, Vd, and PI index changes, assess clinical effects.Results:(1) 65 cases of basal-type migraine patients,51 cases of TCD showed basilar artery bloo flow slows down, five patients showed TCD blood flow faster, nine patients showed norma blood flow velocity.(2).In the treatment group,VAS and VRS after treatment [(3.6±1.7)cm and (2.2±0.5)scores were lower than those before treatment [(7.3±2.4)cm and (3.9±0.9)scores] (P<0.05), an non-ache days during treatment [(17±4)days] were more than those before treatme(?) [(7±2)days] (P<0.01). In the control group,VAS and VRS after treatment [(5.2±1.7)cm an (2.8±0.6)scores] were lower than those before treatment [(7.2±2.3)cm and (3.8±0.9)scores] (P<0.05), and non-ache days during treatment [(11±5)days] were more than those befoi treatment [(8±3)days] (P<0.05). The effects of hyperbaric oxygen were superior to flunarizin(?)(3) TCD test results showed that the two groups Vs, Vm, Vd, and PI data in each inde before treatment was no significant difference (P> 0.05); groups of BA Vs, Vm, Vd each inde after treatment were an increase in the degree and hyperbaric oxygen therapy group (P<0.0] improvement in the control group compared with the drug (P<0.05) significantly, hyperbar(?) oxygen therapy group PI decreased significantly; After treatment, each index is compared, t(?) difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:(1) hyperbaric oxygen therapy and drug treatment were able to significantly improve patie(?) base migraine headache frequency and degree of headache attack, and hyperbaric oxyge therapy is superior to medical therapy.(2) hyperbaric oxygen therapy and drug treatment were able to improve the base type of migraine patients with basilar artery blood flow velocity and pulsatility index, improve basilar artery, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy is superior to medical therapy.(3) 33 cases in the treatment group in the course of treatment no adverse reaction, hyperbaric oxygen combined with safe and effective nourishing Pinggan Decoction "in the treatment of basilar type migraine.
