Background:Narcotrend is a new type of anesthesia/EEG monitoring system of consciousness, its acquisition by ordinary ECG electrodes on the head anywhere instant EEG analysis can provide information on a number of parameters and EEG, after analysis processing, automatic divided into A, B0-2, C0-2,D0-2, E0-2 and F0-16 installments,15 sub-class, and quantitatively converted into similar BIS index values .0-100, EEG showed little value inhibition deeper, more intuitive user can quantify understanding anesthesia and trends based on the data and images it provides.Ephedrine and phenylephrine is general anesthesia commonly used in the treatment of hypotension vasoactive drugs, studies have pointed out that ephedrine can increase BIS index, which affects the depth of anesthesia, and phenylephrine had no effect on the BIS index. Although there are anesthetized in-depth analysis and research reports, Narcotrend with BIS has a good correlation, but because Narcotrend is a new depth of anesthesia monitoring systems, using the range is not as widely through the acquisition of EEG BIS, so on ephedrine and monitoring the impact of phenylephrine on Narcotrend values, there is no relevant reports. To study effects of ephedrine and phenylephrine on Narcotred index produced in this experiment selected 76 cases of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for gastrointestinal tumor resection, research ephedrine and phenylephrine-induced after treatment hypotension Narcotrend index of impact.Methods:Selected 76 cases of adult elective laparoscopic gastrointestinal cancer surgery patients, ASAI-II level, general combined epidural anesthesia.
