Objective:To further investigate the protective effects mechanism of ephedrine on middle cerebral artery occlusion rats, through the study of the ephedrine's effect on the balance of TXA2-PGI2 of SD rats.Methods:①In vivo:48 SD rats were randomly divided into ephedrine treated groups (including MCAO groups and non-MCAO groups), control group, 6 rats in each group, injected with respectively ephedrine 2mg/kg, 4mg/kg, 8mg/kg and normal saline, peritoneal injection one time every 3 days for 3 times. The plasma concentration of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-PGF1α were detected by radio-immunohistochemistry after two weeks.
