Objective: Understand the effect of the GLP-1 analogues, lirglutide on weight and visceral fat in type 2 diabetes in order to the GLP-1 in the type 2 diabetes provide experimental basis for the application.Methods:Selected between December 2013 and January 2015 form our hospital of30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,4rd section of endocrinology department.HbA1c(glycosylated hemoglobin), FPG(fasting plasma blood), FCP(Fasting c-peptide), ALT(alanine amino- transferase), AST(aspartate aninotransferase), BUN(Blood urea nitrogen), Cre(creatinine), TG(tiglyceride), TC(total cholesterol), LDL-C(low density lipoprotein),HDL-C(high density lipoprotein), were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. 2h-Postprandial Blood Glucose(2hPBG) was tested by ACCU-CHEK.Homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)and islet β cell function(HOMA-β) were computed. Standard height, weight were measure, and BMI(body mass index) were calculated.Visceral adipose tissue,(VAT)and waist circumference(WC) measurement,Then the patients were treat with lirglutide. After three month, aforementioned indexes were measured again. The effects of lirglutide on these indexes were analyzed by paired sample test.Results:1.With Liraglutide treatment, HbA1 c before treatment by(8.55 + 1.80) %, fell to(7.34 + 1.43) %,the drop rate of 14%, was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2hPBG before treatment by(11.55±2.43)mmol/l fell to(9.257±1.45)mmol/l, wasstatistically significant difference(P<0.05). compared with before and after treatment,HOMA-IR,FPG,HOMA-β were down,but the differences is not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The Liraglutide after treatment, patients with drug TG levels significantly lower than before, TG before the treatment(2.47±1.59)mmol/l down to(1.76±0.70)mmol/l after treatment,fell by 28%, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).For the TC, LDL-C, HLDL-C, before and after contrast has fallen by 11%, 2.0% and4.0%, respectively, However, P > 0.05, so the Liraglutide of TC, LDL-C,HDL-C,the effect has no statistical significance.3.The Liraglutide compared before and after treatment, before the treatment(93.50±12.23 kg the weight due to(89.62±11.52)kg after treatment, BMI before the treatment(30.45±3.55 kg/m2) due to(29.17±3.16) kg/m2 after treatment to, were reduced by 4%(P < 0.05), the differences is statistically significant.4.With Liraglutide treatment, patients with visceral fat content(17.956 ±17.956vs16.776 ±4.6233kg), waist circumference(99.92 ±7.094 vs96 ±7.36cm) was reduced,there was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Liraglutide has good the effect of lowering blood sugar, can significantly reduce postprandial blood glucose and HbA1 c.2. Liraglutide can lower blood lipid level in the body, but lower triglyceride effect is more significant.3. Liraglutide can can significantly reduce the weight of patients with type 2diabetes and visceral adipose tissue.
