Background:The harm of cerebral infarction on people’s health has been on the top of the list in recent years, its prognosis directly affects patients daily life as well as their family life in the future. Brain tissue ischemia and hypoxia are common damages of cerebral infarction, so the improvement of brain tissue ischemia, hypoxia state and the reduction of brain edema are indispensable methods to treat the cerebral infarction,VEGF can accelerate the regeneration and reconstruction of new vascular within the area of ischemia and anoxia:After the occurrence of cerebral infarction,the inflammation factor in the brain tissue is also activated,such as IL-8. IL-17. they all have a strong chemotaxis effect on white blood cells,then these inflammatorv factors set to aether,which in turn causes the aggravation of the brain ischemia as well as hypoxia state; How to activate the VEGF. the inhibition of IL-8,IL-17 and other inflammation factors at the same time is particularly important. In recent years, a large amount of studies showed that adenosine cyclophosphate has made a contribution to repair a variety of nervous systems which were damage, adenosine cyclophosphate is nucleotide derivatives,known as the second messenger, the stability of adenosine cyclophosphate is determined by the function state of adenylate cyclase and phosphodiesterase. Studies have shown that adenosine cyclophosphate can affect the structure and function of membrane proteins of the nerve cell,which can block the flow in the Ca2+.also inhibit the expression and production of all kinds of harmful factors.such as IL.the activated beneficial factors such as VEGF. then promote the reconstruction of angiogenesis. finally, prevent neurons apoptosis.Currently, the studies of the effects of adenosine cyclophosphate on serunr VEGF. IL are more,while the effects on VEGF. IL in cerebrospinal fluid is less.Objective:To analyze The Effect of Dibutyryl adenosine cyclophosphate calcium on Cytokine in the Cerebrospinal Fluid of Patients with Cerebral InfarctionMethods:divide these 105 cases of patients with cerebral infarction into groups using random number table method from April 2012 to August 2014,control group and experimental group include 52 cases with cytidine diphosphate choline treatment and 53 cases with adenosine cyclophosphate derivatives-Dibutyryl adenosine cyclophosphate calcium treatment, then observe the treatment after 3 days.7 days,14 days.especially, the tendency of cerebrospinal fluid in the patients with VEGF, IL-8, and the IL-17, after that.compare the differences in three observation indexes of the two groups in different periods in order to determine the value of Dibutyryl adenosine cyclophosphate calcium in the process of treatment on patients with cerebral infarction.Results:1.With the treatment of Dibutyryl adenosine cyclophosphate calcium on the pa-tients with cerebral infarction after 3 days and 7 days compared with the control g-roup.the VEGF has obviously raised, which has significantly statistical value; 14 da-ys after treatment.VEGF returned to the level before treatment, the difference betw-een the two groups had no statistical significance.2.IL-8 and IL-17 decreased significantly after three days" treatment compared with the control group, which also has significantly statistical value; 7 days and 14 days after treaunent.the IL-8 and the IL-17 returned to the normal level.the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Dibutyryl adenosine cyclophosphate calcium not only can increase the level of VEGF. but also can improve brain tissue hypoxic-ischemic in patients with cerebral infarction.2.Dibutyryl adenosine cyclophosphate calcium can decrease the level of IL-8. IL 17.and maybe can reduce inflammatory response of brain tissue in patients with cerebral infarction.3.Dibutyryl adenosine calcium can promote rehabilitation of neurological function and regeneration of new vascular within the area of ischemia and anoxia in patients with cerebral infarction probably.
