Objective To explore the depression status in primary Sjogren Syndrome (pSS) patients, analyze the correlative factors, and study on the relationship between the depression status in pSS patients and the life events stimulation, forecast analysis about the influence factors. Methods Self-rating depressive scale (SDS) were used to do the initial screen of the 266 pSS patients who had been in the Integrated traditional and Western medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from 2013 Mar to 2014 May. Hamilton Depression Scale-17 were used to grade the patients who scored more than 53 with SDS, and the patients that has score>8 were divided into observation group, the others were the control group. Age, gender, residence, occupation, education level, marriage or single, earnings, concern for patients, patient’s condition disclosed well or not, course of disease, major organ dysfunction or not, mode of payment, self-health assessment were recorded and analyzed by using SPSS 19.0 software.Pair analysis and T test were adopted to analyze EPQ nervous score, life events total amount, negative life events amount, family problem points, work and study problems points, social contact and other problems. The related content of questionnaire, the category of life events and influence degree between the two groups、the total effective rate of different treatment with observation group which divided by randomized control(group A、group B)were graded by using data analyze χ2 inspection. The effect of the three dimensions of patients’character level and other investigation to Depression was considered as the dependent variables, and single factor analysis was used in the dependent variables. The screened independent variable which has statistical significance adopted the multifactor retrospective model to analyze by stepwise regression analysis ata=0.05 level. At the same time, the relativity between life events and depression level was analyzed by pearson correlation analysis. Two-tailed test was used in all statistical tests.Results1. In the 268 pSS patients,96 patients have Depression (observation group), the proportion is 35.82%, and 8patients have mild Depression,82 patients have moderate Depression,6 patients have major Depression. There has no Depression in the 172 pSS patients (control group).2. The SDS score of observation group is obvious higher than control group, and have significant difference [(35.55±2.76) 分 vs (65.44±4.15) 分,t=-63.266, P<0.01).3. The number of patients that has suffered the life events in observation group is much more than control group(92patients vs 64 patients,χ2=87.04, P<0.01),and the incidence rate in three aspects of life events is obvious higher than control group (72.9%vs19.8%, 55.2%vs9.9%,36.5%vs7.0%, Paveease<0.01).The degree of stimulation that suffered the life events is obvious worse than control group, and the difference has statistical significance.4. The positive life events score has no significant difference between the observation group and the control group (t=0.230, P> 0.05), but the other have much higher score than the control group (tnegative=-13.187, ttotal=-12.649, tfamly=-8.159, tlechnology=-6.233, tsoclality=-4.651, P average<0.01), and the difference has statistical significance. The pearson correlation analysis was used in the relativity between the above score and SDS score, the result show SDS score has positive correlation with negative life events (r=0.700, P<0.01),and has no significant correlation with positive life events.5. There are significant effect influence between the pSS patients’ Depression degree and EPQ nervous score、social concen、family care、medical care、patient’s condition informed、Self-pay、course of disease last more than 24 month、severe pain、major organ dysfunction、self-health assessment bad、negative life events amount、life events total amount. Severe pai、patient’s condition informed、negative life events、EPQ N factor are the independent risk factors for depression.6. the total effective rate of group B is is obvious higher than group A (94.67%vs72.92, x2=5.79, P<0.05)Conclusion1. The pSS patients who accompanied by Depression have much more life events stimulation, and the degree of stimulation is much worse than the pSS patients who don’t accompanied Depression.2. The pSS patients who accompanied by Depression suffer much more negative life events, and the negative life events has significant sense in the occurrence and development of Dression.3. the patients that have suffered severe pain、patient’s condition informed、much negative life events and EPQ neurotic personality can developed Dression much easier. Paying more attention to the above problems, making integral treatment plan and strengthening the humanistic concern、emotional support、mental health care are important to reduce the occurrence and development of pSS patients’ Dression.4. The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with immunosuppres-sant in the pSS patients is much better than single using immunosuppressant...
