Objective To explore the the prevalence rate and risk factors of Alzheimer’s disease of the elderly in community in Xinxiang City, Zhengzhou City, Anyang City, Pingdingshan City of Henan Province. Methods Using cluster sampling method for the extraction of those four City 4800 people fourarista stonecrop herbolder than 65 years old people as the research object, investigated using self-made questionnaire face to face survey demographic status of the elderly and chronic diseaSPSS 19.0 was used for data entry and analysis. Results With the habit of drinking and smoking older people are more likely to suffer from Alzheimer’s disease and along with the number of cigarettes smoked per day and the increase in alcohol consumption, the elderly Arz’s disease prevalence rate gradually increased, compared with each other have a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); with exercise habit are more likely to suffer from Arz’s disease. And with prolonged exercise time per day, the elderly Arz’s disease prevalence rate decreased gradually, mutual comparisons showed significant differences (P<0.05); depression in older people are more likely to suffer from Alzheimer’s disease than nomal Arz depression in elderly (P<0.05); AD family history, history of hypertension and hyperlipidemia history, history of diabetes, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis, coronary heart disease history history of history and cranial trauma patients are more likely to suffer from Alzheimer’s disease (P<0.05); Logistic regression analysis showed that age, hypertension, diabetes, family history of cranial trauma, smoking and drinking, mental depression is risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease, married, highly educated, physical activity and labor is a protective factors for Alzheimer’s disease. Conclusion:old age, low education, living alone, laborers, smoking, drinking, depression, family history of AD, hyperglycemia, hypertension are risk factors of elderly people suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, married, highly educated, physical activity and labor is a protective factors for Alzheimer’s disease. Objective Through the exercise intervention and water maze test, to investigate the influence of exercise on cognitive ability of Alzheimer’s disease in mice. Methods Manufacture of AD mouse model by injection of D-galactose and sodium benzoate, the mice were set normal control group, and the AD model group, AD model group by random grouping method, divided into normal control group and the model control group by exercise and water maze training, to observe the effects of exercise on cognitive ability of AD mouse. Results Compared with NCG group and E I G, MCG mouse escape latencies and the target quadrant through reducing the number of target quadrant, residence time is shortened, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Compared with MCG, mouse escape latencies and the target quadrant through reducing the number of target quadrant, residence time is shortened, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);MCG and E I G mouse cerebral cortex and hippocampal CA1 positive neurons are all larger than that in NCG group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); E I G mice cerebral cortex and CA1 positive neurons in hippocampus area are smaller than the MCG group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Expression of the experimental AD model mice was significantly higher than that of normal group, through the exercise intervention, decreased expression in cerebral cortex and hippocampus CA1 neurons of A β, improve the ability of learning and memory in mice, suggesting that regular exercise can consistent expression of brain tissue A β, and then improve the ability of learning and memory provided animal. Through the water maze experiment, observed the AD model group animal showed a spatial reference lower memory ability, and improve the learning exercise group animal spatial cognition conformation, suggesting that exercise can effectively improve the cognitive defects of the AD model.
