Objective:To explore the corneal wavefront aberration of myopia patients with excimer laser surgery and its related influencing factors.Methods:59 myopia patients (69 eyes) were enrolled in this study, and all of the patients were undergone excimer laser refractive surgery between May 2014 and April 2015 in our hospital. Correct standard:spherical equivalent range was:+0.50~-12.00D; intraocular pressure was 10.5~22.1 mmHg, with an average of (16.49±2.85) mmHg; the central corneal thickness was greater than 450μm; and the corneal curvature<48D; astigmatism<-2.00 D; The patients’ refractive status was relatively stable, without great fluctuations, and the increase of myopic degree was less than 1.0 D every year; The patient should stop wearing corneal contact lens for a week or more than three weeks; No obvious eye diseases such as glaucoma and other systemic diseases were seen, and the corneal wavefront aberration and its related influencing factors were analyzed. Results:The total corneal high-order aberration and all-orders corneal wavefront aberration were associated with age. And the age was positively correlated to HOA and coma (P<0.001, P=0.027). There was no correlation between age and SA, Trefoil and aspheric coefficient (P>0.05). The Zernike coefficient was decreased from third order to sixth order, where the RMS3 was the largest, followed by RMS4, RMS5 and RMS6.Conclusions:Corneal wavefront aberration is associated with age and the degree of myopia of patients. Corneal wavefront aberration and its influence factors are of great significance on the corneal refractive surgery, in which the aspheric characteristics of the cornea should be maintained to avoid the increase of the corneal asymmetry. Phacoemulsification (PHACO) combined with IOL implantation should choose the appropriate aspherical IOL according to the patients’ corneal aberration.
