The Analysis Of Factors Related To Perioperative Hidden Blood Loss In Lumbar Degenerative Disease

Objective:To explore the related factors of perioperative hidden blood loss in Lumbar degenerative disease.Methods:A retrospective analysis of perioperative clinical data of TLIF operation in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases (lumbar degenerative disease of lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis) during the period from2013June to2013December, data integrity, a total of80patients met the inclusion criteria, the statistics of hidden blood loss in postop. Comparative analysis of the effect of gender,age, height,body weight, BMIindex, with or without accompanying diseases(hypertension, diabetes), operation time, fusion segments, whether the blood transfusion in the operation on the hidden blood loss.Results:There had no statistical significance between the age (<60) and the older age (≥60) groups; There had no statistical significance between the lighter body weight (<65kg) and the heavier body weight groups (≥65kg);There had no statistical significance between the three different height groups (<1.59m group、1.60-1.7m group^>1.7m group);There had no statistical significance between the two groups with different BMI index(<26group、≥26group);There was statistical significance between the two groups with or without accompanying diseases(hypertension,diabetes); Comparison of three groups with different operation time (A group≤2h、B group=2-3h、C group>3h), we found that there was statistical significance between the A and C groups, but there had no statistical significance between the A and B groups or the B and C groups; Comparison of three groups with different fusion segments (A group:1fusion segment、B group:2fusion segment、C group:≥fusion segment), we found that there was statistical significance between the A and C groups, but there had no statistical significance between the A and B groups or the B and C groups; In addition, there was statistical significance between the two groups with or without blood transfusion.Conclusion:The hidden blood loss was more than the dominant blood loss in Lumbar degenerative disease with TLIF operation. And the hidden blood loss was associated with the factors of with or without accompanying disease, operation time, number of fused segments and with or without blood transfusion.
