| Objective:To observe the effect of Yixuesheng ointment on hidden blood loss after posterior lumbar intervertebral fusion,and to explore the role of Yixuesheng ointment on hidden blood loss after PLIF.Yixuesheng ointment provides a basis for reducing hidden blood loss after PLIF.Methods: Methods: A total of 60 patients who underwent PLIF in the Bone Spine Surgery Section of Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were included in this study.The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)by a random number table method.After the treatment of PLIF,the patients were treated according to the clinical observation requirements for 14 days.Blood tests were performed on1,3,7,and 14 days to review the hemoglobin and hematocrit.On the 3rd day after surgery,the blood coagulation function was reviewed.The intraoperative blood loss was calculated and the postoperative drainage volume was monitored.Control group(basic treatment): Patients were given conventional treatments such as preventing infection,protecting gastric mucosa,and nutritional nerves after operation.Treatment group(basic treatment +Yixuesheng ointment): On the basic treatment of the above control group,8hours after operation She was given oral supplement with Yixuesheng ointment for 14 days.Usage: 25 ml daily,divided into two times,12.5ml warm water in the morning and evening.Compare and observe the hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),and coagulation function indicators: D-dimer,prothrombin time(PT),and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),Fibrinogen(FIB)and hidden blood loss,dominant blood loss and total blood loss.According to the formula,complete intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume data,and various blood indicators were used to calculate the total blood loss,dominant blood loss,and hidden blood loss in each group.The collected experimental data were collected and analyzed using SPSS23.0statistical software.The calibration standard ?= 0.05 and P <0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results: There was no significant difference in hemoglobin value between the treatment group and the control group on the first day after surgery,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The hemoglobin values were compared on the 3rd,7th,and 14 th days after the operation,and the differences were statistically significant.(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in hematocrit value on the first day after surgery,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);compared on the 3rd,7th,and 14 th days after surgery,The difference in hematocrit value was statistically significant(P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss between the two groups of patients was statistically compared and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P> 0.05);the postoperative drainage volume of the two groups of patients was statistically analyzed Compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the total blood loss of the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the hidden blood loss after surgery,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was Statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in coagulation function between the treatment group and the control group.There was no significant difference in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and fibrinogen(FIB)(P>0.05);Compared with the D-2 polymer in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that taking yixuesheng ointment could reduce the decrease rate of hemoglobin and hematocrit,as well as the amount of hidden blood loss,drainage volume and total blood loss after PLIF surgery,and did not increase the risk of postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT).The effect is satisfactory. |
