Objective:Study the expression of apolipoprotein B-100(ApoB-100), fibronectin (FN) andceruloplasmin (CP) in the serum of chinese patients with obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), the expression change of ApoB-100、FN、CP inOSAHS patients, the relationship between expression ApoB-100、FN、CP and riskfactors of OSAHS and PSG parametre. Provide a new approach for clinical screeningOSAHS and the parametre of PSG. Establish a database to provide baselineinformation for the prospective study.Methods:40cases hospitalized and outpatients were obtained from July2013to December2014in the No.1Hospital of Jilin University, according to PSG test results, thesubjects were divided into the control group (apnea-hypopnea index, AHI<5) andOSAHS group (AHI≥5).10cases were included in the control group (age=59.8±11.4years) and30patients were included in the OSAHS group (age=50.5±12.4years),which was further divided into three sub-groups according to the value of AHI,namely: mild group (5≤AHI≤15); moderate group (15<AHI≤30); severe group(AHI>30),10patients in each group. Collected their history (cerebral infarction, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia), and collected their blood samples, aliquotedand frozen at-20℃. After freezing and thawing by centrifugation, then removed thesediment. Adopted biotin double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay (ELISA) for serum detection, which are consist of ApoB-100, CP, FN, from theNortheast Han population of China in adult. Apply SPSS19.0statistical software forstatistical analysis. Results:1. There were the proteins expression of ApoB-100, FN, CP in both OSAHS andcontrol groups and its value were as follows: control group: ApoB-100(0.459±0.047), FN (0.585±0.795), CP (0.658±0.231); mild group: ApoB-100(1.253±0.665), FN (1.627±0.754), CP (1.587±0.472); moderate group: ApoB-100(0.954±0.722), FN (1.301±0.898), CP (1.259±0.552); severe group: ApoB-100(0.592±0.272), FN (0.783±0.402), CP (0.932±0.474).2. The results of the serum ApoB-100, FN, CP expression showed that theexpression of ApoB-100, FN, CP increased(P<0.05), compared with the control group;the expression of ApoB-100, FN, CP increased in the mild and moderate groups, compared with the control group, and decreased in the in the severe group, comparedwith the mild group (P<0.05).3. Study on the correlation between serum protein ApoB-100, FN, CP andcerebral infarction, diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia, the results showed thatthese three indicators had not yet found a direct correlation.4. Linear correlation analysis was used for control group and OSAHS groupswith BMI, height, weight, the results showed that BMI h were related to the OSAHSseverity (P<0.05).5. Linear correlation analysis was used for comparing the relationship betweenApoB-100, FN, CP and BMI, the results showed that BMI and ApoB-100, FN, CP hadno linear correlation.6. ApoB-100, FN, CP respectively compared with PSG were used to done ROCcurves and area under the curve AUC about evaluation of diagnostic tests. The resultsshowed that ApoB-100, FN, CP are possible to replace PSG to diagnose OSAHS.Conclusion:1. The expression of ApoB-100, FN and CP in serum of OSAHS patients havechanged.2. The results of the serum ApoB-100, FN, CP expression showed that theexpression of ApoB-100, FN, CP increased, compared with the control group; the expression of ApoB-100, FN, CP increased in the mild and moderate groups, compared with the control group, and decreased in the in the severe group, comparedwith the mild group.3. BMI in patients with the serverity of OSAHS have a linear correlation.4. The detection of serum ApoB-100, FN and CP might be a new method fordiagnosis of OSAHS.
