| Objective:Determinate the serum and seminal plasma lycopeneconcentration of infertile patients and normal people, study the relationship between lycopene concentration and seminal parameters.Methods:Choose40infertile patients from reproductive centerof the first hospital of Jilin university as the experimental group;Choose40normal people from translation medicine research instituteof first hospital of Jilin university, the human sperm bank of Jilinprovince,as health volunteers group. Determinate the seminal parameters of the experimental group and control group respectively, and determination the lycopene concentration of serum and seminal plasma of two groups by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)analyzer. The experimental data analyse by SPSS19.0and Pearson correlation analysis. Results:The experimental group and control group exist obvious difference (P <0.05) in seminal parameters; The serum and seminal plasma lycopene concentration of the experimental group is (13.52±5.84)μg/ml,(1.08±0.82)μg/ml; The serum and seminal plasma lycopene concentration of control group respectively is (16.65+6.17)μg/ml,(1.49-0.84) μg/ml;Correlation (logistic) analysis showed that seminal plasma lycopene concentration is positively correlatedwith plasma lycopene concentrations, with statistical significance (P<0.05)。Conclusions:Infertility patients compared with normal group inthe serum and the seminal plasma lycopene concentration exists difference;Serum lycopene concentration and seminal plasma lycopeneconcentration are related; Serum and seminal plasma lycopene concentration can affect sperm motility, but for the effects of parameters such as concentration of semen volume, no obvious correlation. |
