Objective:To observe the changes of sperm motility and plasma biochemistry before and after treatment in asymptomatic asthenospermia infertility patients treated with Jujing Zhuyu Granule,and to further explore the possible mechanism of Jujing Zhuyu Granule in the treatment of asymptomatic asthenospermia infertility.Method:According to the inclusion criteria,60 cases of asymptomatic asthenospermia(two patients did not re-visit after initial diagnosis,and one patient took medicine for one month before his spouse became pregnant.)were selected and treated with concentrate fertilizer granules for 3 months as a course of treatment.Before treatment,1 month,2 months,after treatment,semen routine and sperm acrosin were examined.The parameters of semen routine and the improvement of sperm fructose,sperm zinc and sperm acrosin were observed before and after treatment.The correlation between sperm motility and sperm fructose,sperm zinc and sperm acrosin was compared before and after treatment.Result:After taking concentrate fertilizer granules for 3 months,the sperm motility of grade A,A+B,total sperm motility,seminal fructose,seminal plasma zinc and acrosin of 57 asymptomatic asthenospermia patients were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the sperm motility of grade B was comparable before and after treatment(P < 0.05).After 3 months,11 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were improved and 16 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 71.93%.The correlation analysis of sperm motility index with semen fructose,semen zincand sperm acrosin showed that there was a significant positive correlation between grade A sperm motility and semen fructose(r = 0.642,P < 0.01),sperm zinc(r = 0.61,P < 0.01)and sperm acrosin(r = 0.615,P < 0.01).Sperm motility at A+B level was correlated with sperm acrosin(r = 0.517,P < 0.01)and sperm fructose(r = 0.484,P <0.01)and sperm zinc(r = 0.301,P < 0.01),sperm total viability was correlated with sperm fructose(r = 0.332,P < 0.01)and sperm acrosin zinc(r = 0.301,P < 0.01).Enzyme(r = 0.375,P < 0.05)was correlated.Conclusion:Polysperm fertilizer granules can improve sperm motility in asymptomatic asthenospermia patients.One of its mechanisms may be closely related to sperm fructose,sperm zinc and sperm acrosin.It can prevent sperm malformation by improving the secretion function of male accessory gonads and maintaining sperm morphology,improve the levels of sperm fructose,sperm zinc and sperm acrosin,and enhance sperm motility,thus achieving sperm motility.To the purpose of treatment.
