Objective:To soak the plaster model in the compound disinfection solution for different time, the observationmethod of hepatitis B virus disinfection effect and influence on the physical properties of the gypsum model, so as to provide reference for dental plaster model of the disinfection work.Methods:(1) Impressions. Room temperature down mix alginate impression material and the mold into the impression material, the solidification of impression material to be removed after, HBV positive serum evenly coated surface at the bottom of the impression material removed from the mold after.(2) Preparation of modelâ‘ According to the solution type of the plaster cast, the model was divided into30models and90models of the control group, two models and the control group.â‘¡ccording to whether the model was immersed into the experimental group A and control group B two groups. As a test of the hardness of gypsum.â‘¢he plaster cast was divided into3groups by immersion model, and each group was divided into10models. The10min,20min,15min, were immersed in compound disinfectant solution, respectively.. The control group was randomly divided into three groups, B, C, A3groups, immersion time and control group.Results:(1) Each group of30cases of gypsum model, the soaking time in the experimental group for20min,10cases of gypsum model, the surface of hepatitis B virus surface antigen detection negative, while the control group of the same soaking time all the plaster model, except1case of immersion in trichloroacetic students solution for20Min model of HBV table surface antigen detection is negative, and the others are all positive,(the control group A/B/C three group of models of a total of90).(2) The surface hardness of the plaster cast in the experimental group and the control group was no significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of compound disinfection solution immersion method can effectively kill the plaster model of hepatitis B virus, and does not affect the hardness of the surface of the plaster model.
