BackgroundThe human papillomavirus (HPV) can cause benign hyperplasia of skinand mucous membranes, leading to different skins of warts, and malignantdisease of genital skin and mucosa. Different types of diseases are caused bydifferent HPV types. HPV types also have racial and geographic differences.ObjectAnalysis the distribution of HPV types in the condyloma acuminatumspecimens. Evaluate the sensitivity, accuracy and clinical value ofQuantitative Real-time PCR.MethodQuantitative Real-time PCR method were used to explore to genotype HPVDNA in condyloma acuminatum specimens in outpatient of our hospitalfrom March2013to February2015.Result76cases HPV infection were detected in280cases of condylomaacuminatum specimens, the detection rate is27.14%. The detection rate ofthe top four was HPV16in28cases,accounted for36.84%; HPV18type in27(35.53%)cases, HPV59type in18(23.68%);cases, HPV58type in11(14.47%)cases. The HPV types respectively are: the monotonous infectionin35(46.1%)cases, Mixed infection41(53.9%)cases, Super infection among21(27.6%)cases, triple infection in14cases(18.4%), quadruple infection in4(5.3%)cases, five-infection in2cases, accounting for2.6%.Positive high risk type HPV is detected higher in the ages from20to29years old.Conclusion(1) The common high-risk HPV subtypes in Jilin region is HPV16,18type, followed by59,58type, we should pay attention to prevention andcontrol of the above-mentioned high-risk HPV infection;(2) High-risk HPV infection exist in different age, which20to29yearsfor the higher incidence age;(3) Multiple high-risk HPV infections were detected in53.9%condyloma acuminatum speciments. Among them, the main infection issuper infection.(4) The results showed that using Quantitative Real-time PCR methodto detect the HPV subtypes in condyloma acuminatum specimens has highsensitivity, high detective rate, which is suitable for clinical application.
