The purpose of the experiment:Observation of levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS)clinical effect in the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia. And the principleof Mirena, principle of treatment of endometrial hyperplasia clinicaltreatment, adverse reactions and the mechanisms were discussed in detailand research. And clinical treatment widely. The experimental object:1. From2013September to2015march, female patients withendometrial hyperplasia treatment in our hospital.2. The experiment included40cases of endometrial hyperplasia infemale patients (including28cases of simple endometrial hyperplasia,12cases of endometrial complex hyperplasia). The experimental method:(t test by itself)1. The records of40cases of menstrual blood volume, endometrialhyperplasia in women with menstruation and endometrial thickness (double)(Mirena in record time: before and after third months,6months,12months).2. At the same time, observation of40patients in6months afterLNG-IUS re curettage pathological results and3month,6months,12 months of adverse reaction (vaginal irregular bleeding, waist discomfort, weight gain). The experimental results:(1)40cases of endometrial hyperplasia were placed LNG-IUS(PBAC score results: menstrual quantity) the ring for115.60+27.05, third,6, the ring after12months were reduced to72.22+14.05,66.13+14.05,25.75+12.10. The above numerical difference (compared with the ringbefore) were statistically significant (P<0.01).(2)40cases of endometrial hyperplasia were placed LNG-IUS(menstrual period (d) results: the ring before) was6.29+1.09, third,6, thering after12months were reduced to14.5+3.76,6.12+1.08,4.09+1.04,the above numerical difference (compared with the ring before) werestatistically significant (P<0.01).(3)40cases of endometrial hyperplasia were placed LNG-IUS (thestatistical results of the pathological changes of endometrium ring again afterhalf a year of uterine curettage and pathological changes of endometrium):Simple hyperplasia in28cases:22cases of endometrial curettagepathology: endometrial secretory change significantly, no obvious atypia andendometrial stromal decidual endometrial pathological change;6cases hadno obvious change; endometrial pathology was78.57%.12cases of complex hyperplasia and8cases endometrial curettagepathology:Endometrial simple hyperplasia, complex hyperplasia with local partners (5cases);4cases of endometrial pathology had no obvious change;endometrial pathology reversal rate of66.6%.Note: the ring after12months, the remaining5cases of endometrialcomplex hyperplasia and4cases of partial no obvious endometrialpathological changes in patients with intrauterine device IUD time reversalfurther tracking the endometrium lesions. The experimental side reaction:(1)40cases of endometrial hyperplasia placed LNG-IUS patients, themost common adverse reactions occur, the: abnormal vaginal bleeding(irregular, guttata).(2)Other side effects include: hypomenorrhea, amenorrhea; waistdiscomfort; ring position change. The experimental conclusion:For intrauterine progesterone release system (LNG-IUS, Man Yuele)system in the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia in patients withintrauterine progesterone, controlled release system (LNG-IUS, Man Yuele)to extend the intrauterine placed time, reduce menstrual blood volume, endometrial thickness was significantly thinner and gradually shorten themenstrual period has statistical significance, at the same time, theendometrial hyperplasia of endometrial lesions could be reversed, cure; but, after IUD patients have more adverse reactions, such as some patients maypresent with vaginal bleeding (irregular guttata), waist discomfort, ring position. In a word, Mirena for endometrial hyperplasia patients and find anew way to treat, reduce the need for patients with operation treatment andrisk, to meet some of the patients with fertility requirements, reduce thepsychological burden of patients and the pressure of life.
