Objective:To Analysis the factors that influence the occurrence of PDA of preterm, inorder to reduce the occurrence of PDA and provide clinical basis.Methods:A1:1matched case-control study was carried out in the First Hospital ofJilin University from January in2013to December in2014including136caseswhich were diagnosed as hemodynamic significant PDA (hs-PDA) and136controls which don’t have hs-PDA. The gestational age of preterm admitted intostudies are all less than or equal to32weeks. According to the principle of1:1matched case-control study, controls were matched with same sex andgestational age (more or less than2days is acceptable), and controls were in thesame period with the cases. Factors may be associated with PDA were chose tomake a unified questionnaire, the main contents included that the basic situationof preterm, mother during pregnancy and perinatal situation. Dates were input tothe computer by the software of Excel and analyzed with univariate analysis andthe conditional Logistic regression by the software of SPSS21.0, then screeningthe related factors with PDA.Result:(1)136pairs of preterm in this research, including79pairs of male,57pairs of female, the gestational age of PDA group was30.64(29.57,31.43)weeks, the control group was30.71(29.57,31.39) weeks, there was nostatistically significant difference in gender and gestational age between two groups.(2) Univariate analysis showed that infectious diseases (P=0.00),respiratory distress syndrome (RDS)(P=0.00), low platelet count within24hours after birth (P=0.019) and low birth weight (P=0.018) were the risk factorsof the PDA.(3) Conditional Logistic regression analysis suggested infectious diseases(OR=2.368) and low platelet count within24hours after birth (OR=0.996) wereindependent risk factors for the incidence of PDA.Conclusion:Infectious diseases, RDS, low birth weight and low platelet count within24hours after birth were the risk factors of PDA, and infectious diseases, and lowplatelet count within24hours after birth were independent risk factors of PDA.
