The Research Of Shenling Lavage Fluid Influence On IL-6, IL-8Secretion Of Nasal Cavity And Nasal Secretion’s Ph Of Rabbits Who Have Been Infected Chronic Sinusitis

Objective:This paper using clindamycin lavage with saline and Shenling lavage fluid respectively wash the the rabbits model’s nasal cavity,which one have been infected chronic rhinosinusitis. extraction nasal secretions of rabbit to determine the Senate lavage whether has the advantagein the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis, so as to provide theoretical basis and data support for clinical trials of Shenling lavage fluid.Methods:60senior Japanese white rabbits, who will be provided by the animal experimental center of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, will be divided into3group randomly, using double blind experiment principles.The experimental animal will be left in the animal housing for one week to adapt the circumstances, only after the rabbits did not appear the signs of disease in large area,it’s time to make the chronic rhinosinusitis models. To prevent the spread of germs in the animal room largely, resulting human and animal infected, we will using attenuated streap pneumoniae inject into bilateral nasal cavity of rabbits.In the A group, the left nasal sinus will be injected into the Shenling lavage fluid, the right nasal sinus will be injected into clindamycin+dexamethasone+saline lavage, two times a day, each one5ml.In the B group, the left nasal sinus will be injected into the Shenling lavage fluid, the right nasal sinus with3%hypertonic saline.two times a day, each one5ml. In the C group, the left nasal sinus will be injected into the Shenling lavage fluid, the right sinus without any irrigational treatment, two times a day, each one5ml. The experiment lasted for8weeks, respectively collected the nasal secretions and blood from before modeling, after modeling and lavage for the treatment to measuring nasal secretion’s pH, and IL-6, IL-8secretion of nasal cavity.Results:1.The comparison between three groups, male and female animals, body weight between the groups, there were no significant difference between groups (P>0.05), with comparable.2.Before the modeling,statistics the IL-6, IL-8secretion of nasal cavity and nasal secretion’s pH of the three groups of rabbits, no significant difference (P>0.05), The difference has statistically significant3.After the modeling,comparise with the IL-6, IL-8secretion of nasal cavity and nasal secretion’s pH of the three groups of rabbits of before the modeling, no significant difference on the statistic (P>0.05), The difference has statistically significant.4..After the treatment,comparise with the IL-6, IL-8secretion of nasal cavity and nasal secretion’s pH of the three groups of rabbits of after the modeling, no significant difference on the statistic (P>0.05), The difference has statistically significant.5. After the treatment, the difference of the IL-6, IL-8secretion of nasal cavity between the Shenling lavage fluid and clindamycin+dexamethasone+saline lavage(P<0.05) in the first group.6. After the treatment, the difference of the IL-6, IL-8secretion of nasal cavity between the Shenling lavage fluid and3%hypertonic saline(P<0.05) in the second group.7. After the treatment, the difference of IL-6, IL-8secretion of nasal cavity and nasal secretion’s pH between the Shenling lavage fluid and without any irrigational treatment (P<0.05) in the third group.Conclusion:Shenling lavage fluid have obvious improvement effect on IL-6, IL-8secretion of nasal cavity and nasal secretion’s pH of rabbits who have been infected Chronic sinusitis.No significant difference compared with clindamycin+dexamethasone+saline solution lavage models.Have obvious advantages comparised on hypertonic saline lavage models.If the experiment used in clinical treatment,it will bring more economic, convenient,and less side effect advantage.
