Objective:to observe the influence about Xin kang granule impact on NT-proBNP and CysC in chronic heart failure rats.Methods:55male SD rats were randomly selected10for normal control group,the rest were injected adriamycin through the abdominal cavity (2mg/kg,1times a week,a total of10weeks) to establish animal models of chronic heart failure.After the success of the establishing,the living chronic heart failure rats were randomly divided into three groups (Model group, Qiliqiangxin capsule group, Xinkang granule group),for drug intervention6weeks.After that,to measure the concentration of NT-proBNP and CysC in the serum by elisa.Results:1.Compared with the normal control group,the NT-proBNP level of the model group were significantly higher,the differences were statistically significantt(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the NT-proBNP level of the Qiliqiangxin capsule group and Xinkang granule group were all lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the Qiliqiangxin capsule group,the NT-proBNP level of the Xinkang granule group were lower,the differences were statistically significantt(P<0.05).2.Compared with the normal control group,the CysC level of the model group were significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the CysC level of the Qiliqiangxin capsule group and Xinkang granule group were all lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the Qiliqiangxin capsule group,the CysC level of the Xinkang granule group were lower,the differences were statistically significantt(P<0.05);3.The normal control group had no pathological changes of heart,while the other three groups,the model group had the most serious heart damage and the damage of the Xinkang granule group is lighter than the Qiliqiangxin capsule group.4.The normal control group had no pathological changes of kidney, while the other three groups,the model group had the most serious kidney damage and the damage of the Xinkang granule group is lighter than the Qiliqiangxin capsule group.Conclusion:Xinkang granule can reduce CHF rats NT-proBNP and CysC level thus to improve heart function,to slow down the process of heart failure.
