Objective:To explore the distribution and change rule of postmenopausal osteoporosis’s TCM syndrome type, provide objective basis for clinical TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of PMOP. Analysis the influence factors of PMOP, provides some references to prevent its development.Method:The questionnaire was designed by consulting relevant literature, and considering the purpose of this study, that includes general situation, medical history and TCM syndrome acquisition.in May2013to November2013in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital bone mineral density examination room line of BMD of postmenopausal women conduct site survey. Would be consistent with postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) patients with diagnostic criteria of information through sorting, using SPSS19.0statistical analysis, using the X2test analysis of TCM syndrome type distribution PMOP and combination rule, using Logistic regression method to analyze the influence factors of PMOP.Results:1. According to the zang-fu syndrome differentiation,130cases of PMOP patients, the highest rate of kidney deficiency appears, for85cases, accounting for65.4%of the total, the statistical test, compared with other syndromes have difference was statistically significant (p <0.05), followed by liver deficiency syndrome, a total of64cases, accounting for49.2%of the total, compared with other syndromes have difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); Spleen deficiency, lung deficiency syndrome and heart deficiency syndrome is less,30,27,17cases, respectively, each accounted for23.1%of the number of cases,23.1%,23.1%, compared with other syndromes have differences, no statistical significance (p>0.05).2. According to qi and Yin and Yang syndrome differentiation,130cases of PMOP patients, Yin deficiency appear the highest rate, for the52cases, accounting for40.0%of the total, the statistical test, compared with other syndromes have difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), followed by deficiency of yang, a total of36cases, accounting for27.7%of the total, compared with other syndromes have difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); Qi deficiency and blood deficiency is less,16,19cases respectively, each accounted for12.3%of the number of cases,12.3%; Blood stasis, at least for6cases, accounting for4.6%of the total, compared with other syndromes have difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).3.130in the patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis, have a single type of syndrome14cases,10.77%of the total; Composite type have116cases, accounting for89.23%of the total, among them, the most type of syndrome was three combination, for47cases, accounting for36.15%of the total, followed by the double type of syndrome, for36cases,27.77%of the total. By the statistical test, double type of syndrome with single, four and other type of syndromethe has difference statistically significant (p<0.05), three type of syndrome with single, four and other type of syndrome has the difference statistically significant (p<0.05); But as the growth of the age, the single type of syndrome is on the decline, the three type of syndrome’s rate is on the rise; With the extension of menopause period, the single and the double type of syndrome is on the decline, three and four type of syndromerate is on the rise roughly.4. Logistic regression analysis results:age, menopausal age, menarche age, body mass index (BMI) associated with the occurrence of postmenopausal osteoporosis, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The basic syndromes type of traditional Chinese medicine in postmenopausal osteoporosis:accoriding to the zang-fu syndrome differentiation, kidney and liver deficiency syndrome is the most, qaccoriding to the qi and blood, Yin and Yang syndrome differentiation, the Yin deficiency syndrome, proved the most, so the clinical treatment of PMOP should be strong muscle and bones, Nourishing liver and kidney, pay equal attention to bones and muscles, liver and kidney, Yin and Yang.2. The occurrence of the disease based on deficiency, and many types mixed, and along with the age and the increasing length of menopause, the performance of syndromes evolution from simple to complex.3. The age, menopausal age, menarche age, body mass index (BMI) is one of the important influencing factors of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
