Research purposesâ‘ After investigation menopausal syndromes in patients with osteoporosis, its initial cluster analysis;â‘¡Explore the factors affecting the occurrence of postmenopausal osteoporosis;â‘¢For the "zhi wei bing" theory to provide a theoretical basis for postmenopausal osteoporosis in the application.Object of studyPostmenopausal women with osteoporosis and120cases included in standard cases. Are in August2013to March2014from chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital inpatient and outpatient cases in120.Research techniqueOn the basis of consulting a large number of documents, and combined with expert guidance, design "postmenopausal osteoporosis patients basic information collection table", cross-sectional observation method to analyze120cases, using SPSS17.0system software package for the collected data entry and verification, to establish the basic information database by means of clustering analysis, Chi-square test, descriptive analysis methods were analyzed.Research resultsOne System clustering analysis was carried out on the symptoms of taxa, and combined with professional knowledge, and finally determine the clustering syndrome in postmenopausal osteoporosis of kidney empty USES of TCM clinical practice, the four types of symptom types as follows: kidney deficiency type, kidney Yin deficiency type, kidney Yang deficiency type, kidney Yin and Yang deficiency type.Twoâ‘ Descriptive analysis:postmenopausal osteoporosis in patients aged over51years mainly in severe osteoporosis patients56-60years of age,61-65years the proportion was:31.03%,44.83%. Education up to illiteracy, reaching61cases, accounting for50.83%, followed by elementary, middle and high school. Distribution of fracture patients in the cultural level of the order of:illiterate> Primary> Junior> High School. Merge diseases occur more frequently in the top three are:high blood pressure> Diabetes> lumbar disc herniation.â‘¡Chi-square test:The main factors are:age, age at menopause, menopause, pregnancy (production) number and how much calcium intake. These five factors were associated with osteoporosis in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and severity were statistically significant (P<0.05). How much calcium intake which was statistically significant (P<0.05), although the fracture between, but the correlation between the two smaller (C=0.195).Conclusionâ‘ Kidney Yin deficiency type, kidney Yang deficiency, qi deficiency and kidney Yin and Yang are two virtual type is postmenopausal osteoporosis clinical common four types of kidney deficiency of TCM USES, and kidney Yin deficiency type as the most common.â‘¡Age, menopausal age, menopausal age, pregnancy (produce) number and how much calcium intake is postmenopausal osteoporosis and the influence factors of severity.â‘¢Established in accordance with the "zhi wei bing" theory of measures on prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, reducing the incidence of postmenopausal osteoporosis, to reduce the financial burden and psychological burden of postmenopausal women to improve their quality of life.
