Analysis Of The Third Party Medical Services Based On Telemedicine

With the aging of China’s social class, the improvement of people’s living standard and the increase of people’s health consciousness, people’s demand for high quality medical resources is growing. However, due to the unbalanced economic development and other aspects, the distribution of medical resources in China is very unequal with80%of medical resources in urban areas and80%of urban medical resources in large hospitals, which forms the problem of "high expense and difficulties in medicine". And improving the overall medical level of a region is a long process. As a combination of modern information technology and modern medicine, telemedicine provides a new direction for solving the problem of "high expense and difficulties in medicine". In recent years, telemedicine has made considerable progress after many years of exploration and development. At present, the biggest constrain of the development of telemedicine is the lack of a good business development mode to promote the sustainable development of telemedicine.Therefore, this paper proposed third-party medical service mode based on telemedicine that hospital will make telemedicine operated by third-party professional agency and concentrate resources on the main medical treatment and scientific research. And learning from the experiences of the mature development of third-party logistics service, this paper puts forward the concept of third-party medical treatment. Then from the perspective of social division of labor and enterprise resources ability, this paper interprets and analyzes the motivation of the emergence of third-party medical treatment. Then from the perspective of the persons who build the telemedicine platform, this paper puts forward two kinds of extreme mode of the organization development of third-party operation. One is that hospitals build the platform and the third-party agency is only responsible for operation. The other is the third-party agency builds the telemedicine platform and hospitals provide medical resources. In addition, it analyzes the implementation path of third-party medical treatment from three perspectives of the hospital, third-party professional service agency and government.It is a relationship of strategic alliance between the individual member of third-party medical treatment, and members make an alliance for interests. So the distribution of interests among members directly affect the stability of alliance. Because the interest distribution between the individual members is a cooperative game relationship, this paper adopts Shapley value method to solve the Cooperative game solution of the interest distribution between alliance,and makes assumptions to verify instances,which has certain reference significance for the future interest distribution between members of third-party medical treatment. It is beneficial to maintain the stability of the alliance and has important practical significance for the continued healthy development of third-party medical treatment.
