The Research Into The Change Rule Of Yin-deficiency Syndrome Of Female Postpubescent Acne With TCM Treatment Of Nourishing Yin And Clearing Heat

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of TCM treatment of nourishing yin and clearing heat treat yin-deficiency syndrome of female postpubescent acne, and To explore the changing rule of the syndrome before and after the treatment.Methods:The96cases of yin-deficiency syndrome of female postpubescent acne patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=48)and the control group (n=48).Both group were given Fusidic Acid Cream treatment. The treatment group was also given Qinghao Biejia Tang and Erzhi Wan.The control group was also given Tanshinone capsule. Two weeks as a course, two courses were observed, to evaluate the efficacy, and to explore the changing rule of the syndrome before and after the treatment.Result:(1) The treatment group’s skin lesion integral lower rate was62.61%, the total effective rate was73.91%; Control group’s skin lesion integral lower rate was45.33%, the total effective rate was47.62%. Compared the two groups had significant differences (p<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)The treatment group’s TCM symptoms integral lower rate was56.56%, the total effective rate was69.57%; Control group’s TCM symptoms integral lower rate was44.06%, the total effective rate was33.33%. Compared the two groups had significant differences(p<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.(3) Use of TCM constitution classification and determination measured the treatment group’s constitution transmuted score, the mild physical, blood stasis group, phlegm wet mass and transformation of Yin deficiency group into scores before and after the treatmen. After statistics analysis, compare the four constitution scores before and after the treatment had significant differences(p<0.05)(4) The method of nourishing yin and clearing heat is of obvious adjustment that plays a main part in the transformation from types of complex-constitution to those of single-constitution, including biased constitution to moderate constitution. (5) There is a close relationship between changes of constitution types and the clinical efficacy. That is, lesions and TCM syndromes improved obviously in those whose constitution became moderate from yin-deficiency, compared with other types of constitution.Conclusion:It is of obvious effect to treat acne with yin-deficiency syndrome of female postpubescent by nourishing yin and clearing heat method, which adjusts not It is of obvious effect to treat acne with yin-deficiency syndrome of female postpubescent by nourishing yin and clearing heat method, which adjusts notably the transformation from yin-deficiency constitution to mild physique of the routine group.
