Childhood autism is a kind of extensive mental developmental disorders, prevalence hasa rising trend year by year, and autism are widespread feeling disorder symptoms. Theseverity of sensory integration dysfuntion directly affect children’s learning, the developmentof social and language ability, further the non-ignorable effect on the development of thesociety. Sensory integration training as improve autistic disorder of targeted therapy, has itsunique superiority.The purpose of this study: to explore the effect of sensory integration training onchildren with autism disorders intervention, and compare the results with the results ofprevious studies, this paper analyzes the reasons of differences, find out the defects in thetreatment of this research, guide clinical practice.This research adopts the longitudinal observation method, the process is:1. Select the local medical institutions were50cases, children aged from3to7years old.To assess the condition, conform to the dsm-iv and ICD-10standard, the diagnosis anddifferential diagnosis of autism behavior rating scale and childhood autism rating scalescreening again, using the rating scale for children with sensory integration abilitydevelopment of sensory disorder degree is evaluated.2. The feeling of a six-month integrative training subjects, training five times a week,and training for45minutes at a time. Training program includes: skateboarding, claw ball, thebalance beam, etc. To communicate with parents, the end of the training every week theproblems in training and on the improvement of their children. In training process to theintervention of the parents, give the necessary psychological counseling and support. In tools,training time, with the parents shall strictly control the Settings, and timely solve the problemsof the research process. Sensory integration training again after six months of childrensensory integration ability assessment.3. According to the children feel the improvement of the degree of disorder degree beforeand after training are discussed, compared with other studies, check up the accuracy of the training effect.Through to the children feel the degree of disorder before and after the trainingevaluation, combining with the study of the theory of the children’s autism and sensoryintegration disorder, eventually came to the conclusion as follows:(1) Sensory integration dysfuntion is widespread in autistic children.(2) Sensory integrative training to a certain extent, can improve the feeling of autisticdisorder symptoms, including the vestibular function, the sense of touch, sense of identitydysfunction symptoms, lacking the ability to learn.(3) Sensory integrative training in improving the disorder degree of feeling, milddisorders in children with efficient than children with severe disorders efficiently.(4) Feeling game in the treatment of integrative training is set, relaxed and happy waymake the children and parents is easy to grasp and accept, loss rate is smaller.In addition, according to the results of the study discussed the factors affecting theefficacy of training: the level of the function of children with autism; Children with autismage; Feel integrative training time, project schedule; The quality and cooperation degree ofparents; Sensory integration training time.After the end of the study discusses the deficiencies of this experiment research: a reviewof the research object; The research process control; Experimental study time is shorter, thelack of periodic evaluation; The sample is small; Research data collection.And sensory system and training for children with autism treatment eventually putforward its own Suggestions and prospects, support for the further study of the medicalinstitutions in their treatment of children with autism and try.
