Study On Construction Of Evidence-based Prevention Strategies Bundle Of DVT For Hospitalized Patients

Objective:The study aimed at establishing a scientific, objective and comprehensive prevention strategy bundle of deep vein thrombosis through the evidence-based method, finding out the suitable deep vein thrombosis prevention strategy for our country. Through this, reduce the incidence, and effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis of hospitalized patients, avoid causing serious complications.Methods:The study by searching Cochrane, Pubmed, CINAHL, Elsevier, www.guideline.gov, CBM, Wan Fang and other databases in ten years, stricting inclusion and exclusion criteria, and evaluating by the Johns Hopkins evidence level and quality evaluation method, using expert group discussion, primary form the prevention strategies which includes three dimesions of assessment, intervention and management. Using Delphi, in accordance with the5grade Likert scale method, evaluate the importance and operability of the initial formation of prevention strategies. By two rounds consultation of26Zhejiang experts using Delphi, the strategy bundle was established, which includes evidence level and quality.The Enthusiasm Coefficient of experts, the Authority Coefficient of experts, the Coefficients of Vatiation and the Harmonization Coefficient W were used to examine the reliability and representation of expert consultation.Results:The Prevention Strategies Bundle of deep vein thrombosis for Hospitalized Patients was composed of22items of strategies from3domains including assessment, intervention and management. After2rounds of expert consultation, the Enthusiasm Coefficient of experts was65.38%and46.15%. The Authority Coefficient of experts was0.82and0.84(>0.7). The Coefficients of variation of the importance of all items ranged from0.00to0.18, those of operability of all items ranged from0.06to0.20(<0.30).Conclusions:A set of Prevention Strategies Bundle of deep vein thrombosis for Hospitalized Patients was established, which composed of3dimensions,22items. It also established evidence level and quality of each strategy. The reliability of the2rounds expert consultation showed that the expert consultations had good reliability and representation.
