Analysis Of Ultrasound In Evaluation Of Etanercept Combined With Methotrexate In Treatment Of Rheumatoid Synovitis Of Knee Joint

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of biological agent Etanercept intreatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) of joint and the value of color Doppler ultrasoundin assessment of the efficacy of treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:60patientswith rheumatoid arthritis (RA) of knee joint from August2011-2012Oct. in our hospitalwere randomly divided into two groups.30patients for Etanercept combined withmethotrexate treatment as therapy group and other30patients for methotrexatetreatment only as control group. To observe the ultrasound parameters of two groupsbefore and after treatment, including the depth of suprapatellar bursa effusion, synovialthickness and the grading of synovial vascular of knee joint, and biochemical indexes ofESR, C reactive protein. Results:1. ultrasound paramers: comparison with control group,patients in therapy group had less suprapatellar bursa effusion, synovial thickness and thegrading of synovial vascular.2. Biochemical indexes: patients in therapy group had lowESR and high C reactive protein, which had significant difference（(p<0.05）.3.Correlationanalysis showed that the ESR and suprapatellar bursa effusion, synovial thickness andsynovial vascular grading had certain relevance, r were0.52,0.49,0.633. Conclusion:Biological agent Etanercept combined with methotrexate in treatment of rheumatoidsynovitis of knee join had significant effect than methotrexate only. Color Dopplerultrasound can intuitively and accurately evaluate the effect of treatment of joint synovitis,becoming a irreplaceable.clinical observation method.
