The Clinical Observition Of Simple Obsity Treated By Electro-acupuncture

Objective: By observe the clinical effect of simple obesity treated byelectro-accupuncture and normal accupuncture,,intended to develop a comparative betweenelectro-acupuncture and normal accupuncture,find a better therapy for the simple obsityand provide a better effective and scientific basis for future clinicl treatment.Methods: Collect62patients in the affiliated hospital of shanxi TCM college,all the patients are randomly divided into2groups,every groupe has31patients.The normal needle group use the main points:Zhongwan,Tianshu,Quchi,Yinlingquan,Fenglong,Taichong.According to differentiation of symptoms and signs for classificationof syndrome of TCM,match other acupoints properly:aid Guanyuan,Qihai,Shuifen,Zusanli, and Sanyinjiao on the patients with phlegmatic hygrosis; aid Zhigou NeitingHegu and Shangjuxu on the patients with stomach and intestine excess-heat;aid Hegu,Qimen,on the patients with qi retardance and blood stasis.aid Biguan,Futu on thepatients with thigh fat.The treated group use the same points as the normal needlegroup,every treatment choose points and add electrode on the fatty tissue:chose,everytime chose one double points from Tianshu(double),Daheng(double) on the belly and Biguan(double),Futu(double) on the thigh.Use3kinds of rate:2Hz,10Hz,100Hz.,use alternately.Other points use normal accupuncture.Bouth the two groups’ patients must receive the treatment everyday.10days is a course.We need observe3courses.Let the patients take2days off before the next course,the female patients should avoid menstrual periods.After3courses,comparing the clinical symptom, weight,BMI,waistline,all the data will be handled with SPSS13.0statistical software.Measuring data using mean±standard deviation（x±s）to express.Two sample comparison done with independent test.Self contrast done with matchingt test.Results: The study shows,after3periods of treatment,all the patients’symptom wereimproved,the electro-acupuncture was better than normal group.The normal acupuncturetotal effective rate is75.5%, the electro-acupuncture total effective rate is77.9%,.Afterdata analysis two groups had none significance difference(p>0.05)..two group of patientsin weight,BMI,waistline had different decline,but in the thighline both of the two groupshad none effect. electroacupuncture group had significance higher than the normal group inwaist change and waist-hip ratio (p<0.05). Conclusion: Through the clinical observition and data analysis,two methods for treatsimple obsity had the same good effective,but in waistling and clinical symptomaspect,electro-acupuncture is better than normal acupuncture.
