The Correlation Between Extranodal NK/T Lymphoma, Nasal Type With EB Virus Infection And Survivin Han, Uygur In Xinjiang

Objective: Collecting57cases of Han,Uygur extranodalextranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma, nasal type ofpatient clinical date, from1995to2013,Autonomous Region People’s Hospital, Urumqi, Xinjiang.Including gender, age, Nation, disease site, as well as wax block organization for immunohistochemistryand in situ hybridization EBER experiments. In order to understand the patient age, the incidence ofgender, diseased parts, diseased parts and Nation, the two difference way between immunohistochemistryand in situ hybridization EBER to detect the presence of EB virus, the expression of Survivin, thecorrelation between the expression of LMP1and Survivin, wether or not EB virus infection.Methods:(1) to detect57cases of extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma, nasal type the presence of EB virusby in situ hybridization EBER,(2) to detect57cases of extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma, nasal type theexpression of LMP1, Survivin, CD2, CD3, CD56, TIA-1by immunohistochemistry.Results:57patients,39males and18females, aged from11to76years, with an average age of45.86years, median age was44years.In the adult group (＞19years),there were55cases of the totalpatients,,96.50%of the total number of cases,18male patients of the adult group, male: female=2.24:1.There are57patients,35Han and22Uygur cases.34cases Diseased parts in the nasal cavity of57patients.There are no meaning between diseased parts and Nation by statistical analysis（χ2=0.237P=0.627），there are difference between Hybridization and immunohistochemistry,detecting EB virus by statisticalanalysis（χ2=10.888P=0.001）, There are no difference between detecting EB virus by in situhybridization EBER and Nation by statistical analysis（χ2=0.0307P=1.000）。43cases the positiveexpression of survivin of57patients, there are difference between LMP1and Survivin by statisticalanalysis（r=0.317，P=0.016）, There are no meaning between detecting EB virus by in situ hybridizationEBER and the expression of survivin by statistical analysis（χ2=1.996P=0.161）.Conclusion:(1) Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type Xinjiang Han, Uygur EB virus infection noethnic differences;(2) There was no correlation between Survivin and EB virus infection;(3) There wasstatistical difference in detecting Epstein-Barr virus by lminunohistoehemistry and Insituhybridization.
