objective: Rotator cuff tear (RCT) is one of the high clinicalincidence of shoulder diseases, which is also the important reason of high agegroup of upper limbactivity. Once RCT occurs, it brings pain to the patients, atthe same time, the enormous influence is restricts the normal activities of thepatients’ shoulders. In recent years, along with the update of diagnosticequipment and the improvement of imaging technology, the detection rate ofRCT is increasing. The literatures about causes, prognostic factors, treatmentmeasures of RCT is increasing now and on. Through collecting literatures ofrotator cuff disease and having a statistical analysis, exploring the risk factorsof incidence of rotator cuff tear, we in order to provide a scientific basis forpreventing and controlling measures for rotator cuff tear disease. Methods: Using the computer search of PUBMED, VIP databases andsupplemented by literature reviewing and other methods, collecting of domesticand international published literatures about rotator cuff tear disease in01/01/2011~01/01/2014. According to research into the analysis determinedby the following factors as the observation data of standard literature:musclesatigue and trauma of sports, shoulder skeletal anatomy abnormality, hemiplegiaand paraplegia, whether have hemophilia, have high blood pressure, age leveland smoking. RevMan5.0software was used with these statistics, the pooledodds ratio and population attributable risk Baidu alignment into the correlationfactors and RCT data was statistically analyzed, the factors significantlyassociated with RCT. Results:(1)Collect relevant English566references, according to inclusioncriteria and exclusion criteria sets,35articles were incorporated into the study,a total of rotator cuff tear shoulders were2741, control teams were2662.(2)Thepooled odds ratio (OR) for motion(5.74), age(1.65), autoimmune diseases(hemiplegia and paraplegia)(2.72), autoimmune diseases(Hypertension)(1.58),anatomical abnormalities(1.32),smoking(1.69). Fatigue and trauma, age, exercise their disease, anatomical abnormalities, smoking on the rotatorcuff tear disease population attributable risk percentage were39.20%,8.96%,10.22%,5.30%,7.49%and6.56%.Conclusion:Calculation shows that the population attributable risk percentageof rotator cuff tear, in the crowd, fatigue and trauma exercise has the highestnumbers, followed by age, other disease and smoking, physiological factorssuggest that vitrophysical factors and their interaction have important influenceon the incidence of rotator cuff tear.
