Ourassisted reproductive technologies for no more systematic and comprehensive legalnorms, how can regulate assisted reproductive technology, let the right direction forthe benefit of mankind, has a very profound impact and significance.Objectives:The purpose of this thesis lies on the status of assisted technology investigation,infertility patients who assisted on cognition and artificial reproductive problems inassisted reproductive technologies, in order to improve assisted reproductivetechnologies legal system, to promote the healthy development of assistedreproductive technologies provide reasonable suggestions.Methods: For the study of human assisted reproductive technology, the paper made byissuing questionnaires, the first Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, the first hospital of QiqiharCity, infertility patients for the survey, the use of a convenience sample method, selectfrom200patients,190valid questionnaires were recovered,95%efficiency, conductinvestigations into infertility patients’ needs and focus in this area, such as theexistence of, and to analyze the survey results.Results:(1) the patient’s sex, age, occupation and education level cognitive sufferedhuman assisted reproductive technology is different, male77, accounting for40.53%;113women, accounting for59.47%; up to31to35-year-old patient, accounting61.39%; academic qualifications in college or high school or college graduate and thelargest number of cultural, accounting for40.51%and44.94%, respectively; thelargest number of enterprises or institutions occupation, accounting for47.89%.(2) patients with cognitive aspects of human assisted reproductive technologyhave a certain understanding, there are36.32%of the patients said that the technologyis very clear that there are52.11%of the patients expressed a certain understanding,while11.57percent of the patients chose not to know; through advertising innewspapers and magazines and radio and television are the main way patients receivehuman assisted reproductive technology-related knowledge, accounting for94.11%ofthe total data.(3) the success rate for patients with human assisted reproductive technology ismost concerned about the total accounted for94.21percent,86.32percent of thepatients had surgery again selected in the first unsuccessful if followed to producehealth effects of children.(4) In the survey of190respondents, the right attitude in favor of the sperm bankholding74.21%of the total number, and that the system is not perfect and is likely tocause conflicts with the ethical, accounting for22.63%and3.16%respectively.
