With the continuous deepening of China’s market reforms, many domestic hospitalsare already aware of the importance of the reform of the management system of theirown, including two aspects of hardware and software, in order to better fit the marketbrought about by the various challenges and cost pressures. Therefore, the hospital is alsochanging system, namely the change from full welfare type to management accounting,in order to improve the hospital’s own work efficiency and profitability, with largeamount of information provided by the information technology, it can help the hospitalaccording to the existing situation, the clinical diagnosis of patients, hospital and so on toimprove management and efficiency of diagnosis, reduce the waiting time and thedoctor’s interrogation time of each patient, in order to achieve a win-win situationbetween the hospital and patients.In the rapid development of modern information technology today, informationmanagement has become an important part of hospital management, hospital and sincethe date of birth has existed. And the emergence of computer technology undoubtedlyaccelerated the systematic, scientific traditional information management, change thetraditional statistical based single statistical methods, improve the efficiency of hospitalstatistics, so as to better meet the needs of clinical work of modern hospital. However,from the current actual situation, more and more hospitals have gradually pay attention tothe application of information technology management, but the actual demand and otherindustries as well as compared to existing health services, data management andstatistical information processing and the application is still relatively backward, it isdifficult to meet the demand of the actual development of hospital, and most of theexisting hospital statistical information exists "act of one’s own free will", there is no realform of information between different departments of series and integration, whichreduces the information efficiency, thus affecting the further development of the hospitalinformation management.In this paper, firstly, the ultimate goal and the stage goal of hospital informationconstruction in China are discussed and studied, combined with the current situation of the development of information management system of the existing domestic,summarizes the research, analyzes the shortages existing in the current research, andanalyzes the present situation of the hospital information management system of ourcountry in this based on the background, combined with the development of the timespresented the concept of statistical information management system in our hospital.Secondly, according to the characteristic information of the target hospitalinformation management requirements and the hospital, the hospital informationmanagement organizational structure, personnel structure, hospital information system’sstructure and function and so on reasonable construction of the information managementsystem was discussed, the hope can help our hospital realize the integration of statisticaldata, so as to enhance the effectiveness of statistics the whole hospital information datamanagement, operation and management to better serve the hospital daily, effective toenhance the operating efficiency and working efficiency.Finally, combined with our hospital past deficiencies in statistical informationmanagement system, and puts forward some measures for supporting the correspondinginformation management, to better with existing construction information managementsystem, further strengthen the information management in the hospital.
